Great hotel and service! Cesar at bar and Paulo front desk amazing!!!

I love to come to Brazil, especially when it’s in a good hotel like this one, for sure one of my favorite so far… Beautiful Food is excellent Room are so big and comfortable Service is amazing And the food it’s insane!

Palacio Tangara delivered Excellence as always

Stay was nice and hotel is very well located. Friendly staff. I was expecting more for the cost of the hotel. I was disappointed by the lack of support to Parque Burle Marx that is beside the hotel area. Parque is completely abandoned such an important landmark for Brazilian architectural history.

Magical Stay

It doesn't feel like you are in São Paulo. You are surrounded by nature and a beautiful park. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Excellent pool and gym. Super spacious and clean rooms and the best Michelin star restaurant Jean-Georges is located on the main floor. Please make sure to reserve this restaurant a month in advance. It's worth every penny!

It was a great experience

Book with confidence. The staff is ready for world class service. The establishment is very "Four Seasons" like... Not to mention the Michelin dining experience at the Jean Georges, with a very impressive wine list. If you get a top shelf wine, they'll serve in the finest wine glasses and decanters.

O Palácio Tangará é um lugar que mantemos perto do nosso coração. Nossa primeira estadia lá foi para celebrar o Ano Novo de 2022. Desde então, comemoramos outro Ano Novo e várias outras ocasiões. Sempre que estamos em São Paulo, escolhemos o Palácio Tangará. E agora, estamos voltando para celebrar 3 anos de relacionamento. Somos muito felizes neste palácio. Enfim, reis e rainhas pertencem ao palácio.

Amazing place, an oasis in São Paulo

Very good

Nice place, but staff are ok. Stayed for a night and woke up to a letter asking to come to the front desk as the pre-authorization value was under what I had spent, even though was checking out that day. Extremely inappropriate considering I had already paid for the hotel and left a pre-authorized value on my card. Seems like they have people that don’t end up paying for what was consumed at the hotel. And had extra charges to my room that weren’t mine. Close to US$200 that I had to ask them to remove from my room. Wouldn’t expect this from a 5-star hotel. Not returning.

nice place but they don't respect partnership. I had to ask for an upgrade after my check in - I was already in my room, and after a while , they said there was no available room for upgrade. no discount of 20 por cent in my dinner. I stayed in this hotel for only one night.

Best stay I ever had in Sao Paulo. I could not find any faults. The staff was "outstanding" in every way, friendly and professional. The property in pristine shape. The restaurants outstanding. I will be going back.
