A hotel with really comfortable beds

Everything was good: the room was comfortable, even though I got one without a view, and the restaurant food was delicious. The front desk staff needs more attention. They knew I was bringing a small child and even booked a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room. They even offered me a filter to keep the smell down, even though the cigarette smell was really strong. Luckily, I quickly asked for a room change. When checking out, the staff didn't take the initiative to help me carry my suitcase, as they usually do in other hotels. That's all, otherwise, it's highly recommended.

The room size is clean, big, nice place, good facilities.

Friendly hotel staff, varied food

Perhaps cardless access to the elevators would be more appealing for an older hotel like this Mercure.

Strategic location, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, the toilet in the changing room at the swimming pool was broken and could not be used. There was no staff in the gym area on the 2nd floor. So it was like an empty and dark floor.

Even though sleeping here is comfortable and you get a balcony... it's a shame that because you booked using an app, you don't want to pay a hotel bill... aah, what a shame...

The fitness room needs a cleaning service to maintain the cleanliness of the equipment. The surrounding area also appears less than clean. The bedrooms are quite clean.

The location is close to the city center, the food is delicious, the room smells good, the room is clean, the swimming pool is also good.

That night, I checked in around 8:30 PM. I was very tired and wanted to rest. When I went up to the room, the card wasn't in its slot. I inserted it correctly, so I didn't suspect why the AC wasn't so hot. I thought it was the card's position. After showering and getting ready for bed, the AC still wasn't cold. I called the technician, but I asked to check from outside because I had changed into my pajamas. For a while, I started to get some fresh air. I went to sleep and woke up at 3 AM with a very hot and smelly toilet. But what could I do? I was very tired after a long day at work. Even the next day, I checked out at 1 AM, but it was still hot.

Nice hotel close to everywhere

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious. My husband and I really enjoyed staying here.
