The best thing about Hotel Livemax Kayabacho is definitely its location. It's very close to Kayabacho Station, which makes getting around Tokyo super convenient. However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. The receptionist was quite rude when I asked if I could drop my luggage a day before check-in. According to their official website, this should be allowed, but he firmly told me I couldn't. It felt very unwelcoming and confusing, especially when I was just following what was mentioned online. As for the room, I was shocked by how dusty it was. The floor, table, and other surfaces clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The cleanliness level was honestly close to zero. It made the stay quite uncomfortable. Wouldn't recommend unless you're only staying for a night and care more about location than comfort or service.
