The rooms have a lot of wear and tear, but they were clean.

People who go shopping at the mall are parked in the hotel area,and those who stay at the hotel we do not have place to park.

I left same change in coins and went out to eat, and when I returned the person who cleaned the room had taken all the change that I had put on side of the bed.

They need to step up honestly. Hotel has lots of potential but hallways were super dirty leading to your room. Ice machines not working. Maintenance doing the minimum fixes.. giving everything the “managers special”. We came in Saturday right at check in time and maintenance was sanding the roof right above the front desk and near the only entrance to the elevators, like common sense do that type of work on a non busy days during the week. Other than that Room was clean and property is very walkable to the nearby mall.

Rooms are small, water pressure in shower is very low, the breakfast was lousy

The hotel is in bad condition, they are not giving it enough maintenance; the a.c. was not working properly and the room was hot, the shower and the hand sink were clogged, the pillows smelled very bad and for the price they charge it should be in excellent condition.

Megusto la zona semira Segura y el estacionamiento tabien semira seguro y hay unas perosnas cuidandolo. No me gusto que no tiene room sevice o si tie da hambre en la tarde tienes que salir a comprar comida porque no tiene servicio al cuarto.. Pero me gusto la locasion y el hotel si me quedaria otravez.

The AC and heating need some maintenance. It was humid and noisy in the room and hard to control the temperature. The beds were not very comfortable. Staff and breakfast was great.
