The hotel is conveniently located near the exit 4 (with elevator, so convenient for our luggages). Hotel staffs are friendly and professional. They had helped us to arrange for our luggage transfer to our next hotel in Japan. Room is comfortable and clean. Kudos to the team for the great effort.

Receptionist had bad English and the senior one not helping, check in/out machine horrible even the receptionist didn't understand (I booked 3 rooms under one name and stuck in scan passport for half hour, the senior one said they can't do by manual and after half hour finally they gave the room by manual).

Full facilities, nice design and has kyoto-vibe, the location is great, has balance distances towards both gion and toji area.

The location is very good, check-in and check-out is very easy. The hotel is clean and the rooms are quite spacious compared to Japanese hotel rooms in general.
