Located in the heart of lively Soho, surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transit. The hotel is small, charming, well kept, and seems well run and efficient. The room was comfortable but very small. I would stay here again but in a larger room.

The room was pretty small, but it was very clean and good for one or 2 nights. The ensuite shower was much better quality than I'd anticipated, which was another plus. The check-in staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a central area, which made it easy to get where I needed to go. The minuses were how hard the mattress was, and that people were revving up large motorbikes and roaring around nearby until about 1am - even my earplugs couldn't completely muffle the noise. The rooms are very well soundproofed from each other, though.

They never sent me a receipt for my hotel. Disappointed in stay, Receipts are important so we can expense for business. They never sent me one, asked twice.

Having stayed at Mimi’s many times before and since I was coming for 3 nights, I took care to budget a little more and avoid any of the rooms that had “no wardrobe” in the title. I was very disappointed to find, then, that not only did my room not have a wardrobe but that it was even smaller than the rooms in the basement I made my point at reception immediately and to be honest, would have been happy with an apology & maybe a voucher for a drink at the bar (the cocktails are good), but instead the young men attending reception blamed me for booking a room that didn’t state that it had a wardrobe (none of them say this, not even the penthouse), that it wasn’t their fault, that I should complain to the platform (I did but was told, quite predictably, that the hotel controls the listings) and that they weren’t going to apologise or offer any form of recompense. It was the most appalling misogynistic behaviour I have received as a hotel customer. It is a shame as the hotel is in a perfect location for me now that my company had returned to Soho. But obviously, I will never go back. Additionally, the new owners have put no money into the property. Halogen lights in the room, bathroom fittings tired, the broadband had clearly been downgraded (7MBpS is not even fast enough for desk work, let alone calls) & no mobile signal in the room. I have given a second star as I requested an additional pillow from the evening receptionist & it was in my room when I returned from dinner).

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Soho and just a short distance from everything. It made getting around incredibly convenient. However, the room I stayed in had no windows, which could be uncomfortable for those who are claustrophobic. I’m not sure why I was given this room, especially since the rate was on the higher end. Additionally, I’ve noticed a recurring issue when booking through Expedia: I often end up with rooms that lack basic amenities or natural light. This time, the room felt a bit underwhelming for the price, given the lack of windows and other amenities. On a positive note, the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early, which was much appreciated.

Booking from the app I knew there were tiny room but I thought I got a regular single room. It turned out to be a tiny room with no closet. As a heavy packer this was tricky and they had no bigger rooms to upgrade to. Thankfully I was only staying 2 nights. Next there were no wash cloth sized towels. Apparently that’s normal in london?

I was traveling solo and I feel like the bartenders really made sure I was OK and everybody behind the desk was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I would probably get a bigger room next time, but I was very satisfied.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Bar area was hopping in the evening. The highlight was all the people that worked there. Each one helpful and kind. BUT do not stay in the smallest room available. It was frighteningly tiny. Nice bed and bathroom but never have been in one so miniscule. Treat yourself to one that is bigger then it will be perfect.

Love the vibes and the hotel location. While the room is tiny I love that it is enough for a solo traveler like me.

Not familiar with London and knew it would be a small room, but didn’t ventilate well without a window. Beautiful room, entry way and great location

We stayed in Mimis in Soho on Frith street. Boutique hotel, small bedroom and en suite but excellent for a couple staying just one night. Lovely decor, comfy bed, felt secure and very quiet. We would have appreciated plenty of bottled water as the tap water is unpleasant.
