We stayed at this rental apartment and were very disappointed. The apartments were not as clean as advertised, with dusty furniture and unsanitized bathrooms. Major issues included: No hot water in both showers. Supplies: We rented two units to accommodate 8 people each, but the provided shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper were insufficient for even one person for the length of our stay. We paid for 8 people per apartment, and it was advertised that these essentials would be provided. Towels: The towels had stains and did not appear sanitized, so we had to wash them ourselves. Electrical Issues: Both apartments had exposed electrical lighting that we covered with cloths. There were no fixtures. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to work. The furniture was outdated and in poor condition, and the bed was uncomfortable with an old, lumpy mattress. Additionally, we were also falsely accused of causing a noise disturbance before we had even checked in. We received a call on Thursday night while we were still in Madrid, despite not being scheduled to check in until Saturday. The calls persisted and it has been reported in other reviews as a fraud used to avoid refunding us the security deposit per apartment. Our stay was unsatisfactory, and lack of response to these issues is disappointing. Improvements are urgently needed to ensure future guests have a better experience.

There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. The key card never worked to access the pool. People left garbage bags in the lift. Having to get the key cards that we’re an hour away from the apartment was challenging as well.

We really didn’t appreciate having to go so far out of our way to get the keys to the place. In addition, the pictures that are used to advertise did not match the reality. We stayed in a below ground studio with oily a lightwell. It was depressing. We were told repeatedly how quiet we needed to be so that we could respect the neighbors yet our neighbors were horrifically loud at the earliest and latest of hours. Sound really does travel in this place.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Everything has been wrong from beginning to end. First those people have no sense of customer service whatsoever. They are properly rude to customers. Something you need to know before booking: - they will charge you upon arrival a £90 fee (not refundable) for the property cleaning! But NO cleaning is dome during your stay and the cleaning done before was poor. So i guess we pay for not much. Oh WAIT! In their horrible contract they foece you to sign upon arrival it states you cant do anything in the flat BUT must clean the flat when leaving, cannot leave dishes... EXCUSE ME??? what were rhose £90 for then??? Apart from hearing in the morning extremely loud cleaners who dont let people sleep?! - they force you to pay a £300 deposit (refundable) upon arrival. I had to beg them many time for TWO weeks to get the refund back. So many people complain on this agency / flat and they do mot care at all. OH WAIT even better!!! They will not be there upon arrival to give you the keys! No no! They ask you to go to north Barcelona to collect the keys! 20 euros by taxi! So the flat...... 2nd floor below ground. No comment. No window apart from a patio with almost no light at all. Leak in the flat as it rained. Only 2 toilet paper rolls when this flat was meant to have the capacity of 5 people. A kitchen with no plugs for the coffee machine ahah No plates. So yes terrible experience.

Great location and pleasant 3 bed apartment. Note that there are additional cleaning costs for the apartments and you have to go to a remote office to pick up the keys. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.

Terrible staff at customer service. the area to check in is 5 miles away... 90 Euro additional cleaning cost for one night stay! Rude staff, very slow at responding to queries. Unhelpful and useless.

Do not use rhis APT .... 1. Bed is so bad which Bed's leg felling down and i fell downed in the middle of sleep. 2. Unkind service, 3. So difficult check-in, 4. Check-in service has a bug...4. No service once checked-in. 5. When call, hang up.... Never recommend this APT.

The building and the apartment we rent were not maintained and unfit for tourism accomodation: 1°) on our arrival, the elevator was out of order. We had to walk 3 stairs with many heavy luggages. 2°) the floors everywhere in the apartment were in pretty bad condition 3°) the bath towels were stained 4°) some kitchen ustensils were unusable because very dirty. 5°) the washing machine was dysfunctional and required the intervention of a maintenance guy to allow me to get back my clothes that were stuck in it. The maintenance guy acknowledged that the washing machine was good to dump! This nice episode delayed my journey by 3 hours (I was lucky, no plane to catch!) 6°) there was an oversized table in the hall blocking the entrance of the bathroom, of no use at all, as if i the apartment was a storage place !!! 7°) certain closet doors were wedged and it was difficult to open them 8°) the swimming pool area was dangerous and dirty. The pool stairs were made of wood boards not fixed together. The wood floor was broken in certain places. The access ramp to the swimming pool was not fixed on the floor and falls when used !!! One of my children almost fell and hurt himself. 9°) the common parts of the building were dirty and there was a horrible smell in the hallway. Given the above, it is fait to say that the photos published by the owner of this apartment on Expedia are misleading. Finally, the owner's staff never answered any emails. Conclusion: this place is to be avoided.

Não me devolveram o depósito de caução, 300 euros!! até agora. Já passou o dobro do prazo estipulado, de 3 a 4 dias. Não deram nenhuma previsão. O apartamento tem paredes de papel, dava para ouvir o ronco do vizinho como se fosse dentro do apartamento. Fora o choro dos bebês, as risadas dos bêbados, as descargas, e tudo o mais. O lenço estava sujo!! Com cabelos, inclusive. Como podem alugar um lugar sem lavar os lençóis!!! Eu tentei desmarcar quando me disseram que era um porão, porque é um porão sem luz, e o hoteis.com não me ajudou! Não recomendo nem a hotels.com nem o MySpace. Caro pelo que oferece. Inconfiável. Não cumprem o que prometem. They did not return me the security deposit, 300 euros !! yet. It has already doubled the stipulated deadline of 3 to 4 days. They gave no prediction. The apartment has paper walls, you could hear the neighbor's snoring as if it were inside the apartment. You hear the crying babies, the drunks's laughter, the flushings, and everything. The sheets was dirty !! With hair, inclusive. How can you rent a place without washing the sheets !!! I tried to uncheck when I was told it was a basement, because it's a basement without light, and hotels.com didn't help me! I highly don't recommend neither hotels.com nor MySpace. Expesive for what it offers. Unreliable. Not delivering what they promise.

Hay que leer detenidamente las prestaciones antes de contratar, ya que hay que pagar una fianza y los costes de limpieza. Inaceptable el no poder hacer el checking donde estan los apartamentos. Supone un coste adicional de transporte.

This is THE WORST experience ever. At arrival we didn't get our two apartments that we had booked and paid for in advance. The staff was rude, they wanted more money, and laughed when we first of all said that we had booked two apartments with balcony and windows. The one apartment they wanted to place us in was located two floors under ground, smelled mold, and had no windows. The so called apartment that was showed has no resemblance with what was on hoels.coms web page. We hear from the staff when talking to his manager that there is always a problem with this apartment. We couldn't stay and was forced to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The MSB Rooftop and its owner is a fraud. As we've seen in other reviews, the MSB rooftop, always come with lame excuses and answers, but how do you explain when the staff admits there is always a problem with these units and the smell of mold?

Le logement était situé au sous-sol (-1) d'un immeuble. Les appartements sont loués par des groupes de jeunes (comme nous), il n'est donc pas conseillé pour des familles ou des couples (du moins à la haute saison). A cause du bruit en pleine nuit principalement. Les points positifs: * Bien situé dans Barcelone (30 min de marche jusqu'à la plage) * Logement propre * Belle terrasse en haut de l'immeuble * Petite superette en bas de l'immeuble. * Douche agréable: eau chaude et bon débit Les points négatifs: * Devoir aller chercher les clés au bout de la ville * Aucune finition dans le logement (fils électriques au plafond, porte mal montée, porte-serviettes inutilisable) * Logement situé au -1. Donc pas de fenêtre, simplement un puit de lumière. Impossible de faire sécher ses serviettes ou son linge. * Eau de la piscine très sale, eau trouble avec une odeur infâme. On s'est baigné 2 fois et nos maillots de bain avaient une odeur persistante et ignoble. En conclusion: logement bien placé et pratique si ce n'est que pour dormir et prendre sa douche. Pour le reste, n'espérez pas grand chose.
