The hotel location was good and it was generally clean. The breakfast was a bit limited with little fresh fruit. The main issue was the guest noise level. Many guests had high volume tvs and above us guests were partying past 3am.

You get what you pay for. Decent room. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Cheap plastic utensils and flimsy plates for breakfast The Texas waffle was really good.

Linens need to be replaced, pillows and duvets are just clumps of lumps

Made the reservation online. Hit back or something stupid and the app changed my dates. So instead of it making the reservation for that night and the next, which I was staying it pushed back a week. Tried canceling it right away and was told it would be taken care of by the app chat and by the gentleman at the front desk of the hotel. They charged me for 2 nights that I didn’t even stay there the next week. This hotel is on the same block as our office in The Colony. I won’t be staying there again and neither will anyone else from the company

My stay was great!

Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The front lobby was comfortable and breakfast was good. The drain didn't work in the bathroom tub, a few tiles were cracked and the toilet was low. Overall great stay a few minor improvements.

When arriving I was asked for a deposit for the room even after I told them I was a member for more then 20 years Then the next morning I spoke with the clerk and deposit was being refunded right then! It’s 4 working days later and nothing
