I used to find hotels online, and one day I came across Traveloka online, so I downloaded the app and started using it. Traveloka's booking experience has been incredibly convenient, saving me the headache of finding hotels for the next few days. This time, Traveloka also helped me save a significant amount of money on this hotel. I also knew in advance that there were many restaurants and shops in the area. After checking into the hotel, the situation was exactly as described on the Traveloka app. Was the hotel clean? Yes, it was okay. The room wasn't too small, and it had all the necessary amenities: hot water, TV, and Wi-Fi. The hotel staff were all very friendly. However, finding parking was a bit of a hassle in the afternoon because the shops in the area are very busy, making it difficult to find a parking spot.

Every staff member at the hotel was very friendly. My room was clean and tidy. It was very convenient to go anywhere from here, and it was also very convenient to find food, as there were many restaurants on the street behind the hotel.

The AC was a bit noisy so I couldn't sleep until 12 midnight. The room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is dirty, there is no drinking water, the receptionist is not friendly, not helpful at all.

Parking is difficult. The mattress is so soft that it hurts my back. The room & passage to the room smell strongly of cigarettes. The sink pipe is about to be pulled out.

Location on google map and waze is totally wrong. Troublesome check in with a lot issues and reception state that order wasn't found. No next time.

It is below RM50 so you deserve what you paid. Cleanliness is good. Water heater not functioning. TV was not working. No hair dryer upon request. Reasonable for only staying one night.
