When we checked in, there was a problem with the air conditioner. The hotel spent more than an hour trying to fix it, and since we just wanted to rest, we asked to change rooms.The hotel only arranged the room change afterwards, which affected our mood. hot and waste my time

3 rooms were check in on time. 1 room ready by 3pm. (approximately)

We booked 4 rooms altogether, 3 of them were ready by 2pm. The rest we got around 3.30pm made a little bit upset.

Nice hotel to stay, staff was polite, room was big and comfortable

Its a nice place to stay. The junior suite was very satisfying and I like the bath tub as well. The room is big, clean and tidy. But, I don't like ironing clothes outside. I think s hadyai Hotel need to improve on this issue. Ironing cloth inside the room is better than outside. Overall, all good. The service was good. The staff was friendly. I will come back for sure, till next time. Keep up all the good work ya.

Comfortable bedroom & friendly staff

Everything is good except for the walls of the room which are not soundproof at all. I met some foreigners at midnight. They ran and knocked on the door and had fun. I couldn't sleep.

Nice rooms, very kind staff, a pool in the center of Hat Yai city. I really enjoyed our stay there.

First impression of the hotel was bad because the receptionist was quite rude. They messed up the booking and got my name wrong but offered no explanation, nor were they apologetic that I had to stand waiting for at least 15mins before keys were issued to me. Subsequently, they demanded a deposit of 500 thai baht without explanation and seemed to be impatient when I queried the reason for this reason. Sad hotel facilities as the gym was permanently closed and the swimming pool water had a funny smell and was quite murky. Overall hotel maintenance was abysmal. The hotel room itself was quite bad too as the toilet reeked of strong urine smell. The shower curtain was very mouldy, and because of the smelly toilet, we had to keep the toilet door closed at all times. There was limited hot water, and it was impossible to shower because of this. Breakfast was so so. The spread was limited and coffee was so diluted and tasteless. Don't bother buying breakfast, please eat elsewhere. Never returning to this hotel again.

Overall is good! Cleanliness and space is OK.

Nice room, clean, receptionist, good service. Unfortunately, the refrigerator is not cold. But was solved by using the refrigerator below the receptionist Breakfast is a little less, overall okay.

Everything’s perfect. I like the interiors, room layout etc. but the only things missing is just the amenities. Basic amenities is not complete, no slippers, no shavers, no dental kit provided. But it’s not a big deal, I will definitely come back.
