Pool area was closed so couldn't use pool in 45degree heat. No view, bathrooms stained.

For the family, it was really convenient with the apartment setup. With spacious rooms and a living area, we felt home.

I suppose because dubai is very busy & due to staff fatigue they forgot how to be courteous to clients but overall they are usually pleasant.

It was a great business stay, specially after meeting Elena; one of the best hotel staff, I have ever met in my life!

We had a lovely stay at La Ville. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We even had a free upgrade to the apartment so we could check in early after a long flight. We were greeted with kindness each morning by Elaine who was very attentive to us and our toddler.

Convenient and Central to many location… City Walk is wonderful… Only taxis are not coming regularly like other hotels, so you have to order an Uber or Careem, they’ll be there in just few minutes.

It used to be one of the best hotels in Dubai. However, in our recent visit to the hotel it has changed. The carpet was dirty, they provide old bath towels, and the bed sheet has holes in it. I hope they take care of the hotel as before

Probably the best hotel customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. From the front desk to the dining staff. Extremely attentive and makes sure that guest are enjoying their stay. It’s a hidden gem.

The hotel is so clean ,the service is fast and excellent and the hotel staff are so friendly specially Nour , Nortiz and Mostafa .. The food is so delicious and it’s close from almost every where
