The room was clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, but not rock solid. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. The owner spoke enough English to get me checked in. If he needed help he asked a neighbor. The scooter rental was a very good deal and one of the best parts of my trip. The electric scooter is a good way to see Kenting. The hotel was a bit loud at times. Some rooms had play areas for children. I recomend the Totoro room for those with kids. Would stay again.

I stayed at Mulinn Inn for two nights (12/20/2019 - 12/22/2019) PROS: Very convenient location. Close to Restaurants in Hengchun. 20 min electric bike ride south to Kenting. 15-20 bike ride north to the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium - bed is comfortable; water, toothbrushes, hairdryer provided. The room felt modern and clean - Hotel Manager is extremely nice. I rented an electric scooter for the day (500 NTD/day) and the manager -after hearing that it was my first time - proceeded to give me tips and watch me practice. Manager also gave me a map around the area and gave recommendations on what to try/eat. - scooter rental shop (owned by Mulin) right next door. I highly recommend renting a scooter. It’s a convenient way to get around as buses can take a while. CONS: The room I had did not have windows so sometimes I felt stuffy. Overall I would give this hotel a 4/5. There weren’t many reviews for this hotel, but I was glad I took the chance and booked it.

Great place to stay in Hengchun. Walking distance to main street, restaurants, supermarket, weekly night market, and a petting zoo with deer and alpacas. Clean and spacious room with a long desk area for eating and working in private. Extremely helpful owner and service, helping us with suggestions, discount tickets, scooter rentals, and every relevant issue you can think of.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, they help us a lot. Even though there was a language barrier they tried so hard to make sure we had everything we needed. Nice safe location, with a grocery store very close and with a scooter rental right next door. The room was small (cozy)but very clean and comfy I did not like the fact that there wasn't a window in our room. Next time I would book a room with a window

Helpful staff, clear and tidy room, facilities in good maintainance, glad there is no weird flavor in the room even the weather is always humid.

The hotel location is just nice if you want to spend a day or two exploring the region on a scooter. The hotel staff was super friendly and showed us all the good places around. They even rented us a scooter at decent price and took care of it when the scooter broke down. The room is very spacious and clean with decent internet. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone who come to this region.

This place is perfect for a family on the go or a family who needs a day to lounge and rest from long days on the go. There isn't any pool or breakfast service but the comfort of the beds and the simple amenities make up for it. Mulin Inn is a nice micro hotel for the budget minded traveler who wants to be close to Kenting without paying for the tourist premium.

It's a bit outskirts of CBD but you would not find this much clean hotel with a low budget

10/9-10/11入住： 優：環境乾淨.舒適.安靜.遇到問題能即時處理。 電視：第一天電視無法看，反應後有立即處理，老闆說是網路出現問題，可惜約2小時又不能看；第二天又發生一樣的問題，處理後，比第一天好，僅偶爾累格。 門口可停汽車，機車可停橫向，但卻容易被擋住無法牽出，退房前一天為避免被擋住，業者請我們將兩台機車停到汽車停車場空地，但沒機車停放格子，亦有被開罰單或被行人破壞的擔憂；另外，因為退房時間較早，門口因為停滿汽車，出入空間較窄，搬運行李物品須特別小心，避免碰撞到車子。民宿有提供汽車停車場，其實門口若可少停一輛汽車，動線將更完整。

老闆跟前枱哥哥服務超級好，因天氣不太好下大雨及路上有點意外，提早到了民宿然後我問老闆可否早點取房間，老闆說可以啊先過來休息待房間清潔完成便可，很有彈性，很親民，不像有些大飯店前台3時取房就是要等3時，然後前枱哥哥服務超級好，幫忙拿行李幫忙泊車，又關心關心，真的很窩心，喜歡沐林會館，就是有人情味，值得推介。

整體很推薦，環境舒適，服務親切，入住前也有細心的電話提醒。。 這次沒有開車，走路往返恆春轉運站約10分鐘，距離適中，不想走路住宿點附近有ubike。 有個小建議，可能因為這次入住的房間沒有對外窗，一進房覺得房間略微潮濕，建議可開除濕機或是在房客抵達前先開冷氣（通電話時有詢問抵達時間）。 床墊很好睡、隔音也不錯，有電梯，飲水機，公共區有大冰箱，這些都很加分。

空間寬敞及價格實惠是選擇的理由，再加上住宿環境非常乾淨整潔，適合我們帶著年幼小孩一同出遊時的住宿選擇，這點真的非常滿意！ 以及民宿有專屬的停車空間，無需另找車位也是非常貼心的安排，是下次還會想再次入住的民宿。
