Loved the quiet elegance of this hotel. The staff were all trained and extremely professional. Will definitely be staying there again.

Fantastic location but parking is hard to find and inside congestion zone.

This was a wonderful stay at a very character full hotel. A beautifully repurposed grade two listed school building . A fantastic dining room which was the old school hall. Lovely rooms with period windows. Everything was most luxurious. Food was lovely. This was outstanding. Very convenient for many quality tourist attractions such as Tower of London, Tower bridge, London bridge , close to the city and old Docklands areas of London.

Close to everything but the customer service was horrible… coming into my room while sleeping leaving the door open..throwing around my bag when I told them I had expensive cameras in my bag.. I planned to have them hold my bags until later on but decided to take them because they made me so uncomfortable

Beautiful hotel in a great area. Would definitely recommend the restaurant. Room wasn't ready when promised it would be. Asked for an iron and it was never delivered. It was such a shame as a lovely hotel service could have been better. It wasn't busy so I wonder what the service would be like if it was busy.

We had a lovely overnight stay at the LaLiT. The bed was very comfortable and the Indian breakfast was delicious.

Huge room with King bed, chaise lounge, table, and desk. Lots of closets

We enjoyed the room and the service. There was one issue and I am not sure who should update the Expedia description. It was under the family friendly that laundry was available but that is not accurate

Lovely hotel with spacious and spotlessly clean bedrooms. Our only negative experience is that on our day of check out we thought we would have a drink at the hotel bar before heading home. We had been perusing the drinks on offer for a few minutes without being acknowledged so we asked the barman if the bar was open (it had gone midday) and he said it was supposed to be but he wasn’t ready. He was completely indifferent and gave no indication of how long we might need to wait so we left and went to one of the nearby pubs instead. Utterly bizarre!

This was my second stay and I was upgraded to a beautiful big suite! Will definitely be back again as I’m in the area monthly :)
