Great staff, good amenities

Nothing was special. The hotel is trying to save cost by lowering their overall quality.

Hotel was great, very clean and the rooms look like they were renovated not too long ago. Food and drinks were also good. The only negative feedback is regarding to the ski/snowboard equipment available for rent. The equipments are very worn down and I while I would definitely stay again at the hotel, I would certainly look somewhere else to rent ski equipment.

Probably the Best Staff I've ever seen in Turkey. In addition, the food is great, the building is well sealed and the Telefric is only few meters from the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Food and drinks almost through out the day. The skiing center is good.and in the hotel itself. Walking distance from bursa telfrek which makes it easy access to reach to and from bursa even with lots of bags. Only the internet keep disconnecting and asking passwords which can be improved.

Great Location and staff. But Managers need training. They do not have attitude, they do not treat their staff and the guess right.

It was nice view and good experience .the cleaning was fair and the goof quite good in the room need to have coffee machine

The room has a smell of smoke from the heating. I booked three beds room since I was with my son they gave me a 2 bed room but I paid for the three. The 2 separate beds did not show in the booking. Mattress a little old. Food can be better. It is big quantity but quality is not the greatest. I wish if there is booking for rooms only without food. The ski area is great as well as the lobby. I enjoyed over all and will be back to the same hotel if I travel to uludag again

Great hotel and staff. They were so kind; changed our room when we asked and then offered us a late checkout. It has a ski center that leads straight into the ski slopes. We were also able to rent all we needed like snowboard equipments, clothes, helmet etc. from the indoor ski center. They were also quite helpful and nice people. I would def come back again.

Great location only 100 m walk from Teleferik. Staff helpful. Good food and drink. Ski facility and equipment excellent. For the people loved to ski and fun activities. Don't miss it. I do recommened this place.

Perfect

I like the place but it was really noisy when i try to sleep coz the kidds r running and screenimg all the time.

Regarding the room I can say good but regarding the food with sorry the test very bad. My recommendation to change the chief of restaurant.
