Front desk friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and morning coffee under the palm trees. Nice tree lined park nearby for walking.

We loved the jardines for dinner and the children’s amenities.

The staff did not provide a good customer service. Kitchen closes at 11am for breakfast and before 10:30am the staff pick up all the food and complained to my face that the breakfast buffet ends at 11am (it was 10:30am). Luckily a person who was not part of the staff noticed and called their attention, they immediately took out the buffet, but it was not worth it all, they were giving me a bad attitude. In other hotels, breakfast buffet will close at 11am or 11:30am and the staff will close their doors but will not remove the food until everyone is done and will accept their customers even 5 minutes before closing.

Nice property. We had a room with a nice terrace overlooking their lovely grounds and pool. Close to the hospital - walking distance.

Away from town so peaceful.Erosku supermarket close so convenient to bu vino etc!

Palm trees are a thing I see only in vacation. Waking up in the morning with palm tree view in your window makes your day beautiful from the first second of the day. Room was nice, large and clean, large bathroom,. Large hotel rooms and bathrooms are not easily found in European hotels. I didn't try to access their patio and pool as there was a party .... and to be honest wasn't the time for a pool, pretty cold this time of the year, first week of May.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff and good rooms, only bug-bear was the lack of tea and coffee making facilities, but that is typical in Spain.

Super nice! Large bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Great sheets. Pillows were hard, though. A 10 minute, pleasant walk to central part of town. We enjoyed Ciudad Real and this hotel!

This was a nondescript but adequate hotel. It could use some refreshing. Coffee in the room would be a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice patio bar/lounge.

Great location for an overnight stop between Cordoba and Toledo. Easy parking and great restaurant. Rooms could use some sound proofing.
