Fantastic location and very friendly, helpful staff. 3 minute walk from tachkawa station. Great dining options all around.

I liked how there were amenities especially for face care and free breakfast if you make it in time. Also has portable charging convinience device, which can be payed on phone. Location is walkable distance from hotel.

The staff was wonderfully kind and helpful; it was within a fair walking distance from the train station and very quiet. The only thing was—the bed was like cement! 😬 Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Toyoko Inn was a perfect accomodation for people who like to have privacy of their own room and does not need a lot of services to be happy. I loved the location which made it easier for me to travel and explore Tokyo. There was not anything I disliked because I recieved exactly what I had expected. I would stay at another Toyoko Inn again for my solo travels.

Our room was clean, specious and comfortable.

Just one thing, I had my suitcase stolen. I finally got my suitcase back, but my plans for the day were ruined.

Little bit old hotel. Clean up was really good. But wall is little bit thin So you will hear some noise from another room.

Experience was great, people were very nice. Compared to rooms in America, room was small....But perfect for my needs. The desk clerk went a way out of her way to help me. Very professional, but very sweet. Breakfast was pretty good also...

If this were the only hotel in this price category in the area, I would recommend it. However, there were a few negatives. The breakfast selection was quite limited and started to feel repetitive after a couple of days. A lot of people at this hotel are using the washer and driers, of which there are too few. We staid four nights, left town for three nights, then staid again three nights, and wanted to leave a suitcase at the hotel for that period; the hotel refused to keep the suitcase. Because coin lockers at railway stations can only used for 72 hours, this became quite a hassle. I have staid at many other hotels in the Tokyo area over the last 20 years, and never before have hotels refused to keep luggage for a few nights. So overall not a bad hotel, but there are many other hotels in the same price category that offer better service.
