Good hotel room for the price. The lobby is on the 4th floor so it was a little difficult to find at first. I was able to check my luggage before the check-in time. The breakfast was quite crowded but they let us take the food up to our rooms so it was fine. It was a decent sized room right next to the station. There are lots of food options nearby as well.

Easy access to the station. Was able to use the laundry facilities at the hotel with no issue.

Stay here and get the largest room you can!

Once we were able to figure out how to get to the parking it was great for us. You drive into the garage and then they have an elevator system to store 29 vehicles. So if you bring a car to this hotel hopefully you’ll be one of those. The train station is right next door. Tons if restaurants and shopping and sightseeing.

Close to Niigata Station, shops, and restaurants. I like Toyoko Inn because of the free breakfast, clean and spacious room compared to other "business" hotels.

I did not like as the hotel in 4th floor, and the parking was too far , l took the luggage to go to the 4th floor, very difficult and inconvenient. Overall the hotel is good , service and breakfast was good

Hotel is conveniently located just outside Niigata train station. Buffet breakfast is included in the hotel price. Single room is small but enough for a single traveler. I would stay here again.

対応したフロントが最悪。説明不足なのに表情に表れこちらに伝わり最悪。その後一日不快、子供もフロントの対応表情が変だと感じるくらいで愛想の良い若い人もいましたが二度とグループ自体利用しません。

予想はしていたものの、朝ごはんは待ちが長かった。 ビジネスマンのチェックアウトタイミングにもよるが、机を利用する場合の整理券などあると良いと思った。 部屋に持ち帰れる作戦は、今回使わなかったものの有効な作戦と思った。

朝食がとても美味しかったです。

子供と一緒の宿泊でしたが、アクセスも良く朝食も付いていて、お部屋も満足でした。

駅から近く、雨は降っていたが、さほど濡れなかった！また、部屋も清掃が行き届いていた為、気持ち良く過ごせた。

朝食は気軽に食べることができました 朝食スタッフの｢おはようございます｣の明るい声、対応が好印象でした フロントのスタッフも明るく爽やかで親しみやすかったです 駅チカで飲食店も多く便利でした

二年前に続き、東京03地方公演遠征で利用。 一昨年は羽生譲のアイスショーと重なり、エレベーターは来ないわ、チェックアウトに30分はかかるわ、最悪だったが、今回は自動チェックアウト機が設置されていて改善はされていた。
