terrible experience! I had a reservation, but I showed up to check in and hotel told me they were overbooked and would not check me in; told me to call expedia, which I had used to book the reservation. No other hotels in the area except low-quality...so I had to drive an hour to find another hotel. and I am (now WAS) a long time Marriott rewards member.....not again.

It was just amazing over all. Beautiful hotel ! Rooms ! Service ! Having a bar was definitely a plus

No room cleaning our first day. View from the window was the HVAC equipment. It was disappointing.

You should offer at least free coffee all day and internet troubles. once the Internet problems was corrected all was very 👍

The hotel is well situated, unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. there was no bottled water supplied or for sale.

Room is clean and updated. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Convenient Starbucks in the lobby. Of note, if you need your room cleaned you have to request it at the reception the day before service is needed

The room was VERY SPACIOUS 2 king-size beds plus a pull-out couch.

The person who checked me in - Shannon? I think? Was literally the most remarkable ray of sunshine. I was so exhausted and had a terrible day, but she provided the most amazing customer service. Went above and beyond. She's the reason I'm taking the time to do this survey!

The property was nice. The staff, front desk and room service were excellent. Not satisfied with food service area, a gentleman working there told me kitchen was only open twice a week and no food from kitchen available on the day I went. And I was disappointed with some of the furniture like the sofa leg rest that was dirty and stained. However my stay was pleasant the staff were excellent and I was satisfied with my stay.
