This hotel is ideally located to walk (or e-scooter) around the centre of Bergen. Good sized room for my wife, me and our 15yr old son on a temporary bed. Bathroom and shower v nice. The breakfast was extremely good and varied (very busy at around 9am though). Happily stay here again and would recommend. If you are driving around Norway, parking is discounted at a nearby car park (10 min walk).

The location is very convenient, close to main attractions. The temperature of the room was too hot, they even decided to put a fan in the room trying to lower it but it did not help. One of the most unconfortable rooms and bathroom we have been in.

Great location. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and lots of space. Only problem was that the air conditioning was not working on the whole floor a d the room was too hot.

Overall experience was great! Wished there was more amenities in the hotel, and water, bath ropes etc in the rooms.

Great location near multiple restaurants and shopping! Clean and spacious room/ apartment. The room has a small fridge and stove top. We only saw 1 cooking pot in case you are thinking of making your food. Great complimentary breakfast! After paying a bunch for coffee and pastry for breakfast daily, it was nice to have an included breakfast buffet. The higher room price is worth it. We will be back!

The hotel was fine - in a good central location. My room was good with a great view. Breakfast was incredible! Down side was the staff and time waiting on check-in. It was the middle of the night but I waited 30 minutes for anyone to appear.

Due to a filthy sink, we were moved to a room which didn't have a bathroom door (the only other room free) The second day we were moved to a fabulous room with a view of the harbour as a sort of apology. The fire alarm had us all outside at 1230am on the first night thanks to a drunken guest. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The ladies on reception tried their hardest for us and were genuinely caring. Regrettably they had no back up from either maintenance or management over a weekend

Nice property but no air conditioning. Hard to sleep at night. They did give me a fan which helped some.

Convenient location that is 1 block away from the pier. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a heat wave during our visit and there is no AC in the rooms. The window in our room only cracked open a little bit but they did give us some fans. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options for all! Room itself was clean, beds were comfortable.

Very good location, good view if you choose sea-view room. Will choose this hotel again if I come back to Bergen!

Great location so central to everything. Our room had a magnificent view over the famous harbour and decor was fun and modern. Comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Meals also were enjoyable.

No parking if you driving there. Parking is far,
