Excellent hotel right in the middle of old town crack house. Very nice comfortable room excellent staff. We would stay there again.

A great hotel located in the Old Town of Krakow. Very convenient for all the main sites in the city and in easy walking distance of the main train station. All the staff were friendly, and the food was very good. The room was quite small but adequate for a short stay. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The entire place was spotless—very clean and well-maintained from the lobby to the rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Everyone spoke English fluently, which made communication easy and pleasant. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean—just perfect. I also really enjoyed the food; everything was fresh and delicious. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around, and the car service was reliable and efficient. Overall, a top-notch stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

I traveled with 5 school age kids. Loved the location: Starbucks, Sephora right outside. Many dining options. Loved the room, huge, giant windows, super tall doors. I felt like Icwas living in the game of thrones with my own kingdom. Loved the parking ( 150 ZL per day). Staff was superb. Very clean. Nice upscale surroundings. I relaxed in the SPA zone, loved the pool, salt cave, sauna, hot tub, steam room. I would stay there again. had

Best hotel I’ve been to in a long time. Excellent pool spa sauna. Staff was friendly and great. Perfect location. I wish I was there for the next 2 nights especially considering I’m am currently at the Novotel Hotel on the Wisłan and my room has no AC.

We found it an excellent location, once we got there (since the airport Uber didn’t get us the whole way there in the Old Town). Staff and room were excellent.

Beautiful hotel property with really wonderful hotel staff. On-premises Italian restaurant was delicious and has a very relaxing rooftop terrace with a great evening vibe for our traveling family (with teenagers). Staff prepared box lunches for us for our planned tour the morning after arrival - they were very good and plentiful (easily could have split one lunch between two persons). Location was excellent. Young man at the front desk that greeted us upon arrival (evening of July 1st) was exceptionally lovely and made us feel very welcome to our visit in Poland and the hotel. He and the female waitress serving us in the restaurant that night were both a highlight of our time in Krakow (where smiles are not generously shared outside the hotel and around the city). Room cleaners were very gracious and polite. Hiring has been well-executed here at Wyndham. Room was quite spacious with lovely decor in both that space and around the entire property. Bathroom was luxurious with its spaciousness and nice fixtures after two weeks traveling about Europe in cramped hotels. Two sinks, very large shower, and excellent water pressure - we hit the trifecta!!!! Also, air conditioning works GREAT and really cools off well during high outside temps (92 Fahrenheit), which was an absolute unicorn of a find in our travels. Our stay was a great value for the pricing. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues traveling to Krakow for both pleasure and business.
