Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen - ein tolles Hotel in einer super Lage. Wir waren auch von der Aussicht im 11. Stock wirklich beeindruckt! Zuvorkommendes Personal, alle nett und freundlich. Es wird zwar wenig deutsch gesprochen, dafür aber habe ich niemanden erlebt der nicht fließend Englisch spricht. Einzigartiger Kritikpunkt ist das der Strom im Zimmer alle 5 Minuten von alleine aus geht wenn der Bewegungsmelder nichts erkennt... Und das ist mehrfach passiert obwohl wir zu zweit drin waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder - vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit :-)

Definitely 10/10. Amazing views and amenities great staff, terrific location. Nice suite room. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. Also the front desk 9701 and room service 9802 numbers were unclear but was able to connect and got vey promptly and excellent service. Would definitely stay again.

For such price I expect clean and well maintained room but unfortunately is not what we got

We stayed in a superior room with view but we found a bit tight for 2 people , the front desk recommended the presidential suite ,,, on the 12 th floor it was 1000sqft , and the view from it was spectacular we agreed to take it, however the staff member forgot to mention there was no sound proofing , and there was a restaurant above the room , you could hear from morning till night , people walking , chairs and tables moving etc ,, for a presidential suite the furniture in living room looked liked it had taken a beating over the years , the mini bar was also pathetic, snicker bar and some soft drinks , for that kind of money per night I would have expected more , the tv connection to internet did not work they had some old system , no upgraded internet , the carpet Was in need of carpeting cleaning g to remove stains , the wood floor in living room and dining room was in bad shape , i will stay at Radisson in other cities ,,,, but never in swinoujscie, This was supposed to be a quiet relaxing vacation for me , however hard to sleep if they are running and moving stuff early in the morning till night time

Absolutely best breakfast I've ever had in any hotel. Enormous choice of excellent fresh food. Great amenities, aqua park and club. View is great.

Great location, beautiful building with nice surroundings, most of the staff was very nice, room has amazing view and was very comfortable, unfortunately there was no shower gel in our bathroom and carpet was not vacuumed - I was surprise to find sand on the floor -> small things but they do influence overall opinion about the hotel. In general however I consider the experience as positive.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal vor Ort. Das Hotel ist top gelegen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und man kann am Tag 1 Stunde das Schwimmbad nutzen. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe und sind sauber und hell. Es ist nicht hellhörig. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, die sie sich gut bezahlen lassen. Der Speisesaal sollte dringend überdacht werden und ist eher der eines 3* Hotels. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal flink und aufmerksam. Es wird permanent nachgelegt. Jedoch ist es teilweise viel zu voll und eng. Vom Geräuschpegel brauchen wir gar nicht anfangen. Das buchen von Halbpension würden wir nicht empfehlen. Es gibt eine vielzahl von Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, die für gleiches Geld wesentlich mehr bieten. Auch das Hoteleigene Restaurant im EG ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren diesmal etwas enttäuscht, da sowohl der Empfang, als auch der Checkout an Wärme und Gastfreundschaft zu wünschen übrig gelassen haben. Es fand praktisch keine Kommunikation statt. Trotz allem ist es ein tolles Hotel, was zu Ausflügen, schlendern und ausspannnen einläd.

Frühstück

Schönes Hotel mit toller Dachterrasse, direkt am Strand. Frühstücksauswahl ist riesig, jedoch furchtbar laut und keine Kühlung der Wurstwaren und Butter. Kein Spritz- und Spuckschutz über den Speisen. Abendessen okay, aber definitiv keine 5 Sterne. Premium Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick (10 Etage)

Alles war sehr schön. Tolles zimmer mit meerblick. Super freundliches personal. 1a frühstück.

Großer Hotelbunker mit entsprechend vielen Gästen. Aber schönes Zimmer (wir hatten eine Suite), alle Annehmlichkeiten, tolles Schwimmbad, vor Allem für Kinder, Strand fußläufig und extrem viel Gastronomie.

Super Hotel, als Tipp, geht etwas füher frühstücken. Dann ist es noch wesentlich entspannter
