This hotel is just across Beimen MRT and has a proper distance to Ximending or Taiwan Main Station, so you can sleep well but still just about 10 mins walk to go there. The room is clean, smooth check in/check out.

Very nice and safe. If you get a solo trip, I think you should choose this hotel.

Really good location & friendly Staff. Is it near BeiMen Subway station. But can walk to XiMen around 5 Mins.

The service is excellent. The staff is cheerful, speaks fluent English, and gives easy-to-understand instructions. The room is very clean and comfortable, everything can be adjusted with the iPad available in the room or via the citizenM app. The view from above to see the city and the cars running below is great. What I like most is the bathroom, the water is strong and there is a tropical rain shower that pours water from above, extremely comfortable. I don't want to go out after taking a shower :) Especially, it's close and convenient to go anywhere because it's only a few hundred meters from the MRT station. You can take the MRT, walk, or call Uber if you go further. If you use Uber, remember to check the bill carefully after arriving, if there's anything, report it to the Uber operator immediately. Many drivers see that you are a tourist, so sometimes they think that if you add more money, you won't notice. In general, this citizenM North Gate hotel is great. You should experience it! :)

The room is very clean and new. A little small, but it is perfect for solo travellers. Love the large window by the bed. Hotel is minutes away from Beimen MRT and about 10 min from Taipei main station. Ximending is also a 10 minute walk away. If you are coming to the city via the Airport shuttle, choose exit 7 at the taipei station to reach the hotel within 5 minutes.

so fast for check in .. the room is not big but cozy .. they help me on surprising my friend birthday on the second floor. they are very nice and helping .. also they make card for my friend. 😁😁😁

The rooms are very small, the mattress is uncomfortable. Very unsuitable for bringing family, only suitable for someone staying. Expensive price for a room that is as small as a hostel.

The room is spacious enough for two people. we enjoyed the high-tech feature. We maximized the use of an ipad to navigate the TV, music, lights & room temp. They clean our rooms everyday - we stayed here for 4 nights. Staff are accommodating. Quiet location but near convenience store & walking distance to Ximen station, Biemen & Taipei Main Station.

Great hotel but not so friendly staff, very small room with great view and room amenities (9 from 10). Bathroom design is weird (4 from 10). Walking distance to Green Line BeiMen MRT station exit 1 or 2. Cleanliness is just ok. No food, shop or convenient store nearby. Walking distance to XiMenDing. Overall is good.

Hotel is very clean. Small but comfortable. Beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious. The staff are lovely, smiling and very helpful.

The location is closed to Beimen MRT exit 2 just across the road and can walk to Ximending only 3-5 mins. The staffs are very nice and service minded. The room is clean but only some noises are annoying.

My family and I stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. Overall I am very satisfied staying here. The location is not far from the MRT, only about 5 minutes by foot. Room condition is very clean and modern. Each room is equipped with an iPad to be a remote AC, TV, curtains, lights. The high light is the large window in the room and the nice view. The hotel is also very attentive and can speak English. Had protested the TV channel did not exist, and immediately brought in the engineer because it could not be fixed, the hotelier offered to move rooms. The location of the seven eleven or family mart is a bit far, about 10 minutes walk. I am very satisfied and if I return to Taiwan, I will return to stay here again.
