The room is quite spacious, the hot water is always on, there is actually a hair dryer. The parking lot is a bit narrow and the bends are sharp so if you are not good at driving, don't bring your car here. The room cleaning is not thorough, dirty glasses are still left behind.

Satisfying for relieving fatigue, stress, and calming the mind after a hectic day. Fast check-in and check-out service, and friendly hotel staff, creating a comfortable and stress-free stay. A suggestion for hotel management is to add plastic bags to the bathrooms, as female guests often don't bring plastic bags to dispose of their menstrual pads. Thank you.

We booked 6 rooms. The facilities and cleanliness were fine.
Note
Room 718 had an empty toilet tank, so we had to flush it with a hose or use the next room.
The check-in time was long, and the room wasn't ready even though we arrived at 3:30 PM.

My experience staying at Ibis Style Cikarang was quite satisfying.
The facilities are complete, including a swimming pool and gym.
The staff is also friendly, and the room amenities are quite complete, including a hairdryer and refrigerator.
The breakfast menu is very varied, including both traditional and Western dishes.
My suggestion is to pay more attention to cleanliness, as the room was still a bit dusty in some areas. The soundproofing is also poor, so noise from the next room could be heard in my room.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here and will return again.
