It was loud at every hour of the night, with children and adults laughing, screaming, and being disrespectful of others’ sleep. Unfortunately, staff did nothing to address the situation. To be fair I have stayed there before without an issue.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The outside area needs more attention and one of the beds looks like the sheets weren’t replaced after being used. Everything else I was pleased with. This is my second time here and if I have to come back I will do it.

Hangar excels in providing the basic necesities: cleanliness, close proximity to airport, easy customer service, and a transport service to and from the airport. I stayed for one night and I would consider staying here again if needed. There's also a homestyle mexican restaurant conveniently next door. The main hall for the rooms is a bit echoey, and depending on the traffic of people, some voices were loud during the night. Earplugs and an eyemask helped.

We booked Hangar Inn Guadalajara Aeropuerto through Expedia because it was listed as a VIP Access property and I have Gold status. The booking confirmation clearly stated perks including a free bottle of wine per stay and late checkout at 1 PM. At check-in, the front desk said they don’t recognize Expedia perks and called it a “third-party” booking. No bottle of wine was provided, and they tried to make us check out at 12 PM despite our reservation showing 1 PM. We booked this hotel expecting the benefits that Expedia promotes for VIP Gold members, but none were honored. Upgrades were also stated as “not available”. The room itself was fine, but the refusal to provide the advertised perks was disappointing and misleading for a VIP Access property.

Clean and quiet hotel. I would have loved to see a restaurant. But other than that everything was great.
