Terrible service. Initially we were given a different room that was cheaper than we had booked. The next day we moved to the room we were actually supposed to get. The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating! There was no toothpaste, and the staff told they'd get it for us.....then nothing until I went out and bought one! The induction cooker doesn't work, the pricier room had no fridge, the fridge at the common room didnt work....theres so much stuff that doest work that its not worth staying there at all...although the neighborhood was great and very quiet and green! I dont know that hotel would ever get an 8.0 rating...its a FAKE rating!
