Fantastic location, clean & comfortable room. Hosts were fun people but I would have appreciated more communication regarding special arrival and parking instructions, particularly the reason for the complicated procedures. The entry hallway was a bit scary and not representative of the quality of the accommodations.

The outside of the building is not impressive. It looks quite old. However, the inside of the building was much better. The apartment was reconstructed: very modern and clean. Moreover, the bathroom was spacious. As for wi-fi, well...what can I say? The code was difficult to remember and it was connect. Therefore, not useful.

A wonderful boutique hotel in the center of ortiga. The owners are very helpful with orienting you to the area and making restaurant suggestions. The best shower and a small balcony.

Nino was an excellent host. The hard part was dropping off you bags. No vehicles are allowed on Via Dione as the street is not wide enough. We had to stop on Corso Giacomo Mateotti with our flashers on and walk 150 feet or so to Via Dione. We then parked in the public parking which is a 5 minute walk.

Stayed late July 2018. Located a few meters from Piazza Archimede so a great location for exploring Ortygia. It's located on the first floor of an appartment block and there's no lift so bear that in mind if you find stairs difficult. No parking but you can unload / load the car easily enough in Piazza Archimede. Room had aircon, safe and a mini fridge and looked like it had been recently refurbished. Ours also had a small balcony. Breakfast was the usual continental mixture with freshly baked cakes and croissants and coffee made to order. Host Nino was welcoming and speaks good English. Would recommend!

The owner was very nice and breakfast was very yummy. most try the home made cakes his wife baked. Location is fantastic, room is a good size, overall is a good place to stay for 2 days

This B&B is located in 10 metres from the Archimedes square. The streets that run of this circular piazza are where all the shops and restaurants are located. Everything is located within a 10 to 15 minute walk which is important as there is no where to park. Parkintis only in short or long term commercial car parks. Talete car park located on the waters edge just as you come across the water costs 10 euro a day or 30 euro a week. The owner/operator, Nino and his wife, where very polite, and extremely helpful. There are only four guest rooms. The rooms were modern, large very clean. The only thing missing was a lounge area. There was a meals area with tables and chairs but no couches. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who visits Siracusa,

Très bien placé dans petite rue calme proche des centres d’interêt. Décoration conforme aux photos du site. Service professionnel afin de répondre au mieux aux attentes.

Ce B&B est splendide ! La déco est magnifique (fait par des architectes), le lit est très confortable, tout est de grande qualité. Notre chambre (303) donnait sur une cour, nous avons dormi dans le calme le plus complet. Le B&B est près d'une place et de la rue principale, super localité donc. Sans parler de Nino, le très gentil propriétaire et de son épouse (qui fait des gâteaux fabuleux). Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Très bon petit-déjeuner également.

Il punto di forza di questo b&b in assoluto è la posizione centralissima in piazza Archimede. Ma il vero valore aggiunto , nonché l'anima della struttura sono i proprietari che gestiscono con inusuale dedizione, cura ed con fare ospitale ed accogliente. Belle e ben arredate le camere. Ottima colazione. Eccellente la pulizia.

Nicola ospite perfetto, cortese e premuroso ci accoglie nel suo piccolo gioiello e ci consente di passare giorni felici a visitare Matera antica. Il B&B si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Ci consiglia le visite più suggestive, ci elenca i ristoranti tipici e ci regala un soggiorno indimenticabile. Posto auto facilmente reperibile a pochi metri dall'hotel, stanze splendide e confortevoli. Una chicca. Grazie Nicola e buon lavoro, a presto.

Struttura nuova e molto carina, pulita in posizione ottima. Buona e abbondante anche la colazione. Proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile. Soggiorno veramente piacevole! Sicuramente consigliato
