Amazing food and amenities

Great breakfast, room tidy, wifi a little clunky but passable. The rooftop bar had an event so we went to tae one one the mezzanine level and they put the music up really loud even though it was only 7pm and had 5 other people in the whole place.

Close to airport. Staff is hard working and solution oriented. Check-in was slow and we were offered rooms in the smoking floor in spite of clearly specifying non smoking in our booking. We had to switch rooms the next day - overall, very inconvenient.

The property is vwey well maintained, the staff are very polite .and food is good. The selection in the breakfast is fine , but can be improved.

Property is close to the little mount metro station

Best to stay near by Airport

The best out of 3 times i stayed. Had a better view and the pool was cleaner than ladt time. The staff are wonderful, especially Adithya, the front desk clerk who showed us our room. We had a very relaxing 2 night stay.

Close to airport, nice rooftop

Beautiful hotel. Check in went smoothly. When checking out did not get the same treatment. Receptionist Anamika was fussy about booking a taxi to the airport. She claimed only one taxi was available and we needed to go early as they had a pickup at the airport same time. I found this hilarious for a five star hotel. As we were already paying a premium for their taxi service and were refused commute. Then another receptionist helped us book the taxi for a later time.

A great hotel in Chennai. Good quality and better value than another 5* hotel I've previously stayed in. The evening buffet was very good and the hotel has a lovely Infinity pool on the roof. If you book at check in the price is cheaper. They upgraded me to a suite which was very spacious. Only negative was a slightly damp/musty smell in the sitting area and one window in the hallway where I couldn't work out how to close the curtains which had an electronic drawing mechanism.

Conveniently located and value for money. Good staff with a positive attitude. Want to appreciate Kulu, Adam and Aditya in the front office for the professional service and approach. Clean and a very safe place.

No response from hotel for airport transfer before arrived even though tried multiple times. Needs to top up the bathroom liquids and papers!

The front door staff lacked courtesy and were not friendly, the staff otherwise were courteous, helpful and friendly

Second time to return since last year. I was upgraded from a standard room to a better one. The infinity rooftop pool was the main reason i wanted to return, but this year the water was murky and not clear as before. Also in the middle of the day they chose to put chemicals in, with a "Pool not open" sign, so we couldn't get a late morning swim as before. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and good however. A bit disappointed. I'll look elsewhere next time I come to Chennai.
