Very lovely clean and welcoming hotel

Generally the hotel was clean and tidy and I have no complaints about the service or food quality. That said, I was roomed on the ground floor, but the floorboards of the room above were so thin, when the resident walked about it was like a bass drum being played. Ontop of that, the drainage must fave been in a pipe just behind the wall as it sounded like a waterfall when they used the shower/flushed the toilet

Stayed for Bedford Summer Sessions. Not too far to walk to Park and into town centre / train station. Staff super friendly & helpful.

Everything was great, we loved the zebra painting in the room and it was a lovely bonus to have a full fridge freezer too. We would recommend for anyone needing to visit for a show at Esquires, as it's really close.

I was handy for the event I attended.

The room was not really fit for purpose. It was a tiny attic room and I felt very squashed in

I really enjoyed my stay at Verve Hotel Bedford. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and very clear about what the hotel offered and when – which made everything super easy to settle into. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a double bed room, which was a really nice touch and much appreciated. The location was great too – just a short distance from the town centre, the rail station, and a big Sainsbury’s, so everything I needed was close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt well looked after during my time there. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Initial reception clear and concise delivered politely and professionally. Room spacious for two. Shower hot and powerful.Bathroom spotless. Bed large and comfy. Hotel convinient for the town and 9 min walk on the flat to railway station. No problem getting seat in rushour out of Blackfriars London. Auto checkout was helpful.
