This is a very comfortable and modern hotel that sits across the small coast road from the rocky shore. We had a nice seaview room with a balcony, where we could hear the sound of the sea against the rocks. The hotel has a full service restaurant. The only thing that detracted from our stay is that the hotel is currently cutoff from most of the town's restaurants and bars because the shore road is closed for construction.

Hotel is on a quieter section of the Chilean coast far enough away from the condos and touristy areas of Viña Del Mar and Valparaiso. Hotel restaurant was ok. Staff were all friendly and accommodating.Rooms are clean, bathrooms are basic. Pool area was lovely and nestled in the hillside. Many restaurants nearby. Shopping in the area wasn’t great. A visit to Cachagua to see the bird life is not far away and well worth doing.

Very nice staff, great location. Rooms are a bit of a let down. No fridges in the room. Unable to call the hotel before arriving al. I tried for two days to call them to organise something g special in the room for my new wife. But no one answered my calls. I also requested a se view room when I booked but no one a responded to my messages.

Worst hotel stay in years! Staff is rude and unhelpful!!! No wifi in our room as advertised, our room was never cleaned, furniture in the room is damaged/broken. When we brought up these things to the front desk, we were just ignored and told to deal with it.

The views are amazing! It was quiet and peaceful. The staff and service provided were great!!

The hotel as beautiful views and rooms there is an issue walking up a lot of flights of stairs if you have a problem doing that.

I requested a room service and they told me everyone was very busy. I requested a 30 min late check out, and they told me no because they need the room, but the check in is 3pm 🤔 I requested an iron, and they said everyone was busy. Any request you receive the same answer “very busy”

This was the hotel for my wedding night and when I got there, the room smelled like sewage. The staff said they'll have something nice for us but there was nothing there. The place is nice but I wouldn't recommend to stay here.

Wonderful hotel. The view of the ocean was awesome from the room. We had a wonderful stay, wish we could have stayed longer. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. The food was delicious.

Buena estructura, pero en muy mal estado: hongos, accesorios sueltos en los baños, óxido, pésimos colchones, toallas l deshilachadas, mini split no funcionaba, etc. personal ofrece el mínimo, mal servicio en general. La limpieza de habitaciones y áreas comunes deplorable, ni se diga el hoy tub y la piscina . No volvería.

Conveniente y buena relación calidad / costo

Excelente ubicación, la atención muy buena. Nos encantó el comedor, la comida rica y el desayuno muy bueno y variado. La limpieza se nota excelente. En general nuestra estadía muy agradable.

We had a wonderful experience and a beautiful view of the ocean. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel
