We loved our stay at Vittoria hotel. Well managed property. Very neat and clean. Safe place to stay.

Hotel lobby was nice. Some staff were really nice. The lady that checked us in started off nice but had a bit of an attitude. Room was nice, shower needed updating compared to other rooms. Air conditioning was smelly and made a noise like a laser gun all night. Overall would stay there again.

Will definitely recommend to family and friends. William, at the front desk, was very kind and helpful. Housekeeping staff very accommodating and respectful.

We always try to stay at Vittoria Hotel when we come to Niagara Falls! The hotel is clean and fairly priced, and is in a good area without being in the parts that are TOO crowded! I look forward to our next stay here.

You can tell its newly renovated. Very clean. Close to Lundy's Lane. Great for families!

Wasn’t impressed that I had to park away from the building while travelling with my daughters. Felt unsafe at night.

We always come here every year, twice this year for soecial occasions trip. We love how convenient it is to go to stores and to the falls. It is modern adn clean. We were just surprised they gave us a "family" room that has a connecting door to another room.if there is a choice i wouldnt want that since i dont feel safer. I was hoping for a room with a nicer view since we are VIP members but its ok we are not karens. we also hear other guests fr other room every move they do. And also coz our room is just 2nd floor we witnessed a homeless man robbed a car in the middle of the night. I suggest do not leave anything in your car eveb a bag or packages. one of the bed in our room also has loose string so its very loud when we lay down. Good rhing the other bed is ok. We want to swim so bad but the pool isnt clean. I hope they can change the water or improve the pool in th future. the only missing in this hotel is ayce breakfast included haha. If they have, its the perfect hotel in niagara better than the old hotel chains near the falls. We will still come back here because of its cleanliness and convenience.
