I am disabled and asked for a ground level unit as I was advised to do jn the past by their own customer service rep. I asked for this 2-1/2 months in advance. They told me I could have one at another property in a different part of the city. I specifically had a reason for staying in this neighborhood and this was my 3rd stay at this property. They refused to accommodate my request and told me next time I should choose a property with wheelchair access. I do not need a wheelchair. I just have trouble with stairs and dragging luggage up stairs. Really horrible people the just kept arguing. The unit was moldy and smelled like sewer and is poorly maintained. The shower temperature changes constantly and amenities were broken or missing. Very disappointing experience with rude and disrespectful staff. Never again!

Excellent for families, really great playground out front, suitable for older kids too. Easy to access public transport and grocery stores within walking distance. Very very comfy beds.

Easy access to the metro, plenty of local.food choices and several grocery stores in easy walking distance. Police station within 50m so very quiet and safe.

The common area to get to the apartment was dark and there was no light to safely use the stairs. Once you get to the rooms, the apartment is fine. Be careful, there is a washer, but no dryer. Clothing is air dried, Can take all night.

I liked hearing the church bells next door! It's a comfortable spot with good connections to Schonbrunn plus a variety of shops and restaurants scattered in the area.

This was a good location for our family, near a playground and walkable to public transportation, but unfortunately not a good stay. BED BUGS, no hot water, and a poorly equipped kitchen. The property manager refunded us for roughly one night's stay, but we are still carrying the bed bug bites around with us. Disappointed!

At first I was uneasy with the area until I went inside and saw how clean and tidy it was . Very spacious too. And the host speaks English and made us feel very welcome I highly recommend it

Needed a deep clean, eg walls, shower walls, table legs. Freezer dirty, but fridge clean. Dishwasher dirty with dirty cutlery on arrival. No pillow covers on extra pillows.

Very clean apartment, good wifi. There was no fan, I called them and they brought a fan the next day.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgewohnt. Die Küchenausstattung reicht nicht (nur zwei Töpfe, kaputte Teller & Gläser, etwas Besteck). 3 von 4 Lampen gehen nicht. Ameisen in der Wohnung. Polizeidurchsuchung, da die Wohnung scheinbar nicht angemeldet ist. Support durch Expedia mangelhaft.
