It was easy to locate and verify

I specifically asked for a 1st floor room as I am disabled. I confirmed via phone that one was reserved for me. However, when I got there, there were only 2nd fl rooms available. This was VERY difficult for me!

Nice quiet area within 5 minutes of all the shopping and dining anyone could want. The staff was fantastic.

Clean

Our room was very nice, clean, smelled fresh, bathroom was clean, beds very comfortable. Seemed to be a nice area and felt comfortable staying there. My only suggestion would be a hand rail at the steps. It would help us older folks a lot!
