Room was clean, but surprisingly bare and dated. Staff were very friendly, although nobody was there when I arrived in the mid-afternoon, literally everyone was asleep for the siesta I had to call the phone-number. They gave me the room on the ground floor which meant a choice between natural light or privacy. Location is absolutely perfect for solo travellers. Would I stay there again? Yes, probably. But off-season, may be better value.

Very charming family-run place in the heart of the city yet quiet at night even in August. Room are thoughtfully decorate.

I cannot imagine a better location, a better hotel and better hosts. This property is over 1,200 years old and recently renovated capturing all the charm of a hotel in downtown yet fully modernized. The water pressure is amazing! Our room was huge and had 15-foot ceilings. The hotel is literally four doors down from the square full of shopping and restaurants. The hosts, Pedro and his mother are so lovely and welcoming. We wish we had stayed longer! We will be back!

We had a lovely week’s stay in May. The hotel is a beautiful converted old house right in the centre of Ciutdella with everything on the doorstep, but down a quiet side street. Our room, Ses Voltes, was large and tastefully decorated, with an exposed stone wall - the only negative was a musty smell which improved when the windows were opened, and would probably be sorted out altogether with a dehumidifier. Breakfast which was included in the price, was simple but a good start to the day and Pedro our host was happy to replenish any items which had run out. Recommended for a pleasant stay in a prime location in Ciutadella.

There is no parking area nearby, except for the blue zone in which you can only park for 1 hour.

Beautiful room and building in a great location. The service and welcome was also outstanding. We were very happy to have selected this hotel and to visit this lovely town.

This hotel is in the perfect location to visit Ciutadella and the island of Menorca. Located in the very heart of the historic center, you are steps away from restaurants, shopping, cathedral, and the port. You are able to watch the daily life of the locals all around you. The owner and staff are so friendly and gracious. The room was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a perfect week in Menorca. Highly recommend!

Great few days spent in Ciutadella. Staff were friendly (although not often on site), and arranged a takeaway breakfast for us on the morning we left, as we had to leave very early in the morning.

Hotel Nou Sant Antoni is a gem. All of the hotel personnel were exceedingly friendly and kind to us. Breakfast was excellent (served in an elegant dining room, and featuring local meats, cheese, sweet and savoury pastries), and our room on the ground floor was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is located in the old town of Ciutadella and is very picturesque, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

La limpieza es un poco deficiente. El edredón olía a sucio, muy sucio. Mi habitación estaba en planta calle y no podía abrir la ventana porque me veía todo el mundo. A nivel de tranquilidad el sitio era bueno y la localización también estaba bien. Lo peor la limpieza, que luego ponían un ambientador para que oliera bien que sin airear mucho la habitación no me gustaba nada y mi habitación en concreto.

Buen hotel y muy céntrico en Ciutadella,habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, Recomiendo encarecidamente.
