It’s clean property and friendly staff

Staff was amazing! John made us lattes in the morning and sangria at night. I would stay here again if traveling to Madrid!

Excellent location

Very helpful staff the entire trip. Made everything easy. Rooms are big enough and quiet. Staying right on Gran Vía is similar to staying in Times Square, La Rambla, erc. Only issue is the elevators are slow to begin with, can’t hold much weight, and broke during my stay. It would be nice for the rooftop restaurant to give preference to guests staying at the hotel but that’s minor.

I love how convenient it is

There was only one lift that can cary 3 people . So you need to climbe the stairs all the time . Also the room key is terrible and sometime work and some not . The hotel use to be match better these is my 4 time here and it will be my last

The staff of the hotel truly made the experience memorable. Christina Cordero welcomed us and tried to help with all the questions we had. From the moment we arrived, hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with the highest level of hospitality. Hopefully I could come again in January

Beautiful. The only one thing was one of three elevators didn’t work and at one point only one elevator was operating. We had to take the stairs up to the eight floor a few times. Otherwise, everything was amazing here. Perfect location. Didn’t need a cab or Metra to get to where we wanted to go. 5 stars for me.

The staff was unbelievable! So helpful and always in a great mood. Spacious comfortable rooms situated in the heart of Madrid. Easy walk to anywhere and an unbelievable rooftop!

Extremely nice place

I booked a room that had two double beds planning to stay with my husband and my two children. It would not let me enter for as occupancy so I entered three. When I got there, I was told that the room could not accommodate four people, even though there was enough bed space. This was very confusing as the room had advertised two double beds. The hotel manager told me that he was willing to work with me to try to get me an accommodation that would how’s my family as we were not allowed to stay in the room that we had booked. He told me that it would be an additional 300+ euros for a secondary room or 500+ euros for a suite and that was on top of close to the $500 US that I had already spent on the room. I told him that that was exorbitant and would not fit our budget. He did ultimately give us a refund, but the whole experience was very frustrating. I have never had a Hyatt not be willing to go above and beyond to try to meet our needs, especially as we had already arrived and we were very tired from a long day of travel.
