The reception is not helpful at all. The description of the room size is not properly informed. The room is very very small. Specially for holiday travelers there is not enough space for big luggage. Too rigid on service makes it very robotic and customer service experience at bad experience. I was really shocked that the room is very very small

One of the best in Shinjuku. I’ll be back someday soon.

Nice place and close to McDonald's and 24 hours restaurant

This hotel is very strategically located, close to the subway station, and the taxi fare to Shinjuku is quite affordable because the distance is close. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom is not well maintained and the service from the staff feels less friendly. The potential of this hotel is actually good, but hopefully in the future it can be improved in terms of cleanliness and service. The room is also not soundproof where I often hear other people talking from the room.

I think apa hotel so far is good.

The accommodation is almost in front of Exit A1 and A2 of E29 Station on the Toei Oedo Line, making it convenient to travel anywhere. The hotel's breakfast starts at 7 am, which is a bit late. If you have plans to go out early in the morning, you may have to change your plan. The onsen bath requires a key card to use. There is ice and hot water available for free in front of the room. There is a washing machine service.

Apa Hotel is well known here for speedy service and a pretty nice room. I stayed alone during my trip, and the bed was way more than enough. Single, queen, or king size bed. The table was small, but it fits my 15.6" laptop. I think the table was about 50 cm, but it's kind of larger on one side, and smaller on the other side. Pay attention to all the instructions in the room though, because it's a business hotel—they're a bit limited in luxury compared to more touristy, expensive hotels. It's situated very, very close to the station, just 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, and you don't have to cross the road. Prepare to check out before 10 AM. Very close to a Lawson.

The hotel is close to the station and everywhere. The room is small but there is a bathtub so when you're tired of walking around you go straight to the bathtub. Next time I come here again if I go to Japan. Excellent. The hotel is a bit expensive but it's okay.

Room was really small. If you bring more than 2 luggage, it will be very inconvenience. Location wise, its so close with Nishishinjuku station.

Breakfastnya mantap. Banyak menunya, di sekitara banyak mini market. Cuma untuk kereta JR agak jauh, subway deket banget.

Lokasi nya bagus. Tapi memang rata-rata hotel dekat stasiun. Bersih. Tapi rata-rata hotel di jepang bintang 3 punya aturan yang sama. Kamar di bersihkan 3 hari sekali. Koper di angkat sendiri. Kamar nya kecil. Kalu di bandingkan sama harga tidak sesuai. Mending tinggal di hotel yang murah aja. Karena semua sama-sama kecil sama-sama bersih sama-sama aman. Kesimpulan hotel bintang 3 dan 4 ga ada kelebihan di banding yang biasa. Jadi ambil yang murah saja. Kalu mau ada lebih nya ambil bintang 5 yang mahal aja.
