Nice property. Walkable to the center. Great, rich breakfast.

The location was great and me and my family were able to walk everywhere easily. It was also quiet and clean. However, there wasn't any AC in the rooms or the hallways so it was pretty warm inside the hotel. We had a 2 room hotel room and we had 3 beds but 2 of them weren't comfortable.

No air conditioning. It was a hot period of time.

Lovely hotel , excellent service, very delicious food. I will definitely comeback there.

Our choice of the hotel was for value and location - and it met our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find this is a hotel within a larger. 5star property. We were treated to superior common access and swam and had massages. Breakfast was very large and of high quality. Rooms could be updated, but adequate. Note their is little need for air conditioning..

The wellness centre was good, but lacking mobility I needed help getting out of the jacuzzi. Nothing to hold on to and on my own

Great location and value. While Hotel Wersal by itself provides cozy, comfortable, quiet stay, its joint venture with Bachelad, the more superior cousin next door affords additional perks like upscale dining and spa easily accessible. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The only thing I would say they should work on is better signage for the location. Since the 2 facilties are next-door but signs only point to Bachelad where the reception is also located, it is not easy to decipher which hotel you are walking into. The other missing amenity in the room was a hair dryer. But regardless, it was an extremely comfortable and memorable stay!!

Interesting idea to combine reception, lobby, spa and restarante of 5-star hotel BACHLEDA with additional building, where situated Wersal hotel immedialtly. You can use exellent facilities of 5* hotel, but sleep in a room with good value for money. My room in Wersal hotel had a big balcony too, perfect in summer time I think. Personnel from reception was very friendly and help me to find my room, to book the taxi, to find the driver of taxi, when I forgot my phone and ask them help me. Only one note - when You see exellent and beutifull facilities of 5 * hotel, You want to live their instead of Wersal :D

Nice and clean hotel steps away from Krupowki. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Delicious breakfast. I will stay in this hotel again.
