I booked this stay through Traveloka expecting a relaxing few days, but it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained, the balcony table was filthy, both towels were already used, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and a constant bad smell came from the toilet. The washing machine leaked water, the dishwasher was broken, the bedside lamp didn’t work, and the hair dryer kept switching off. The Wi-Fi was so weak that I had to use my own mobile data, and the TV had terrible sound quality. Even the layout was impractical, there was a power outlet inside a bathroom cupboard, and the balcony had a used cigarette filter left from a previous guest, despite their strict no-smoking fine policy. On top of everything, the lift broke down twice during my stay. When I complained through Traveloka, they just kept “coordinating” with the hotel but no one took responsibility. After several days, I was told there would be no refund or compensation, which is completely unacceptable for the amount I paid. Everyone works hard for their money, and paying this much for such poor hygiene and service is a waste of time and trust. This place needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and honesty about what they advertise. I will never stay here again and would not recommend Ivy and Eve Apartments by CLLIX to anyone.

For 3 mlm, they don't do room service at all. No towel change. The service is very bad even though I have asked to clean the aptm .. Will not recommend it or go back to staying in the apt.
