A little bit dated, building cleanliness could have been better. Room comfy but basic, bed good

The location was central and convenient, but noise levels and Reception on 1st floor was poorly located, so we had to take unnecessary lift rides.

Room was in a good location. It was well equipped however we were disappointed when we were making the bed to discover the mattress protector underneath our sheet was stained with blood which obviously is not putting thing and something you wouldn’t expect in a hotel station shouldn’t expect it here really on the ground alone it’s a place that I will avoid in the future especially as we paid good money to stay for four nights

Perfect for one night away, usually stay hotels but bank holiday werkend and Liverpool parade pushed prices sky high. Was pleasantly surprised by whole visit

The apartment was clean, ok for space & close to the Beatles Museum, shopping mall, docks and bars. It was great to have a kettle & toaster. We did need a scissors and a tea towel. kettle for coffee and

First time at Terlon, our usual haunt round the corner was full. Previous reviews were mixed, so wasn't sure what to expect, but it was definitely ok, a few piccy things that could have been better, such as a tea towel, ovenware and larger towels, but all in all, minor grumbles, and it was pleasant.

Another lovely stay at these comfy apartments - our fifth stay here in two years. We love the friendly and helpful staff and the apartments are always spotlessly clean and Comfy. The location is excellent and we simply love keep returning! Highly recommended!

Easy process, great location

The room I got was not what the photos look like and the bed is so small and has a cheap mattress and towels provided are of poor quality. The floor was not clean as my socks were black from the dirt from the floor. I would not recommend this place

Great location, loud at night but to be expected. Very cheap toiletries and room not being cleaned during 2 night stay made the stay feel less than luxurious. Bread knife would be a good addition in the kitchenette. Feels safe. Would revisit. Thank you!

Reception staff was excellent despite the contradicting messages sent through Expedia with regards to check in times and security deposit. As other reviews state the place is tired and in much need of some maintenance. The room was ok, bed clean (although small) kitchen ok but dirty soft furnishings. One full length mirror and large mirror in the bathroom which was good. Noise wasn’t too bad although we were out all evening. Overall probably wouldn’t return for the price, but staff really welcoming and friendly.

I complained when checking out. The apartment was dirty, the mattress topper was completely stained, there were cup marks on table, curtainsnwere habging off the rail, didnt close. The floor was lifting in places, there was mould by the shower, cigarette burns on thr other table. I would havr checkrd out indtantly if i had somewhere rlse to stay. I would never recommend it and would never stay there again

The property is in an excellent location, 1 minute from Mathew Street. Evie on reception was extremely welcoming and was very friendly and helpful during my stay.

Decent place to stay

Great stay, Easy to get into, safe, clean, Great service and location!! The had Luggage storage available too!

Really good place to stay, 30 second walk to Mathew Street and couple minutes walk tk bus station etc. Room was well equipped and lots of space could do with a coat of paint and maybe a new mattress in the room we stayed in. Other than those two small things I really enjoyed the stay and would definitley stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Directly over the busy street… too warm… noisy, unclean.

We received an email before we arrived asking us to ring, we got through straight away and spoke to a very friendly person. We then received really clear instructions on how to access the property which we had no problem with. Property was clean but well used, bed was slightly uncomfortable but we were only staying one night so all the facilities were adequate for our stay. Everything that was on the list was there. The only thing to be aware of is the noise from the Cavern Quarter. When we initially arrived we could hear the noise but when we closed the windows the sound was blocked out, however in the evening and until about 3am the windows made no difference at all so we would advise taking earplugs! Overall property was ideal for one night, everyone we were in contact with was friendly and helpful, just be aware of the noise.
