It's the second time we've stayed here and will book again for next year. Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Excellent location and in the madness of festival season it was great to have cooking and washing facilities. Bit bemused by the bathroom light being on a sensor/timer (ended up in the dark while showering more than once!) but other than this could not fault a thing. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location in the heart of Edinburgh. Access is straight forward with the code provided. The apartment was well equipped clean and fresh. Plenty of restaurants and pubs close by. We will be visiting Edinburgh again and would have no hesitation to book the Linton Apartment for the stay. If you are in a Car, parking can be a bit of a challenge this is normal for centres of cities .

Very nice location and spacious apartment. Ours was on the 4th or 5th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor. No big deal. But it was hard with the bags.

Just a block or so to the Royal Mile. Walkable to so much and tons of restaurants, cafes, and pubs.

Renting a flat may cost a little more than a hotel, but we end up saving money by making alot of our own meals. Plus we usually like at least a 2 bedroom with a separate livingroom with a comfy couch or pull out bed. There is no parking around this facility but you'll find thats hard to find anywhere in old town.

Great location, great amenities, kitchen well equipped. The apartment was very spacious. The bedroom was supposed to have a king bed. The frame was a king but the mattress was a queen. Staff onsite were great, very helpful. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment steeped in history on the North Bridge in Edinburgh. Everything was in walking distance. Be aware though there is no air conditioning and it was warm in July. There was a fan provided.

Great little apartment close to everything. Only downside is a little hot in the summer. Needs a fan in room

Great space and top facilities. Stairs are quite tight if you have large baggage. The mystery is how did they get all the furniture and kitchen up there.

The property is in a fantastic location, walkable to both old and new town. Check in was easy and there is luggage storage available if you arrive prior to check in, so you can get right to exploring. We had read reviews commenting on noise so we brought a sound machine and honestly didn’t even really need it! It wasn’t loud at all, keeping in mind you’re in a big city. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!

The hot water stopped working each night for the entire night, only to resume in the morning. The first night, we emailed in and got a very prompt visit by maintenance, who was unable to find the issue but told us that it would be investigated the next day. The next night, we had no hot water yet again. When we contacted the property next, we were met with condescension and what I took to be skepticism- despite the fact that their own staff was in the unit and witnessed the issue occur in real time. I'm walking away from this stay disappointed, insulted, and frustrated. There are many, many options in Edinburgh, and I'd recommend staying at a property that values the comfort of their guests. Clearly this isn't it.

First of all the apartment wasn't clean, especially around the windows and the corners. Second of all the apartment has no ac, and during the night it got pretty hot so we asked for fans but they just told us "open the windows". Third of all the shower had some problems with the hot water. I gave it one star for its location.

The location to Old Town was superb though the current street construction nearby made it difficult to get to via taxi. The reason I give this property 2 stars is that the master bathroom is inside an old vault with a huge heavy door. There is no ventilation for the bathroom and so it smelled very bad. We couldn’t leave the door open because the smell invaded the rest of the property. But leaving it closed made the bathroom nearly unbearable to use.

Overall an amazing stay, in a beautiful building, close to everything. Super easy access and very clean with comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. Marked it down for 2 reasons only. 1 - the windows open on to a back alley behind a restaurant so it’s impossible to get fresh air- it smells like grease 24/7. The kitchen burned something when we were there and our room filled with smoke. 2- accessibility. I have mobility issues and I wasn’t aware that the lift didn’t go to our floor. Plus the shower had a step up of about a foot and no rail to help you get in. Otherwise the place was wonderful and we loved our stay in Edinburgh.
