Staff was excellent. Room was clean although somewhat tired.

This is one of the best hotels that we ever stayed at. Amazing staff everyone made sure that we have a great stay. They always smiled and treated the guest with graciousness and courtesy meanwhile

Everything perfect

Well located and charming. Hot water issues during our stay. Faucets are gimmicky and soap dispensers badly installed. But staff very courteous and overall a great place to stay in central St.Remy.

Amazing hotel

A first class hotel with excellent, attentive service My only complaint would be breakfast. We went down to get a coffee and croissant and the bill was 70 euros. Maybe our mistake for not asking but we were not informed

An excellent place to stay in the old town, steps from dining and shopping. Spacious and modern rooms, friendly staff and great location. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Le St Rémy was wonderful but all too brief. The property is beautiful, well located and the staff was exceptional.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de l’établissement, celui ci est très récent, les chambres sont confortables, restaurant au calme, parking disponible et piscine moderne. Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous ainsi que notre petite fille de 6mois, merci à Pei Chen, Tom et Mickael pour leur accueil et gentillesse au restaurant. Bonne saison !

Great Atmosphere in a beautiful hotel close to the center. Quality of products served at breakfast should be improved though (bread, pastries). Lack of tables and chairs/luggage rack in the room to store things: everything has to lay on the floor... a bit annoying. Also watch your head in the entrance of the shower: there is a bar which is too low. Otherwise all the materials used in the decoration are top quality and style: it looks and feels great.

This hotel is certainly one of the best I have been staid in the South of France ! The service is amazing and their 5 stars are justified. Their location is perfect as much as their spa service where you can relax after a long walk around in St Rémy center.

First rate stay. Super comfortable bed/pillows, wonderful air conditioning, lovely patio deck, and welcoming variety of amenities (Dyson hair dryer, wine opener, etc). Stylish room.

Great stay. Only complaint is mediocre WIFI.

The WiFi problem was unacceptable given that they have been opened two months. Also, I was a guest for 6 days and one evening asked about a dinner reservation and was told they were totally full! Very disappointing since I was the longest staying guest and they should have offered a few times for consideration. Very narrow focused! My friend who owns another property down the street welcomed me.

Warm staffs and nicely designed hotel. The only issue is that there’s a bar or restaurant downstairs so you can still hear the loud voice at midnight. Though everything was good, compare with nearby hotel with similar conditions, it’s a bit over priced
