We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It's convenient to the freeway, but only minutes from plenty of restaurants and any kind of shopping you'd ever need. If you're looking for a simple, nice, clean, and safe stay this is a good choice.

The room was clean enough but the lobby and stairs needed to be cleaned. The staff were not welcoming. Usually front desk staff says good morning, etc as you pass through. Not here. The breakfast was lack luster. No muffins, stale cereal and the waffle maker wasn't working. The pillows were so lumpy. The AC was super noisy.

Booked thru Expedia as we had stayed here years ago and it was nice back then. Now it’s ok, furnishings are banged up. First morning, breakfast hostess was excellent. Second morning, front desk worker was covering and customer service was horrible. Went for breakfast half hour before it was over and there was barely any food. No waffles, eggs, beans, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Only hot items were sausage or toast. When I asked for more coffee cups, I was told she’d get to it eventually. More people were coming in to eat and when they asked for more food they were grumpily told that breakfast was over in 15 minutes so she wasn’t replenishing. Not acceptable when there are hungry people who have paid for breakfast and aren’t given any food plus met with abrupt/rude comments.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned and housekeeping was good for restocking and tidying , I was disappointed in the breakfast, waffle maker wasn’t working but there was no signs stating so, hot breakfast was empty with still an hour remaining for it, I usually book where’s there’s breakfast as it’s convenient for morning but had to go else where for me and my daughter

Rooms were well presented with new towels in the bathroom and beds were made nicely. Our room had a fridge and microwave, which was great because we brought food to store and reheat.

1. No lake view, just Shell station view. 2. Windows of the room were obscured by inter-pane condensation 3. Internet wifi access was very problematic, and subsequently my iPad and iPhone access needed to be reset. Not an issue I have encountered before. 4. Mechanical settings for temperature was not maintained, and wall mounted thermostat seemed to compete with wall shaker control panel. Access panel to wall shaker was open which implies prior knowledge of issues. 5. Front desk attendant on checkout was dismissive of my complaint about wifi and mechanical issues. Couldn’t have cared less. Summary, I won’t subject myself to this Brand again.

Regarding Room 222, September 26-29, 2025. We have stayed here a number of nites previously and things were generally fine, but this time it was far different. Booked in for three nites and had to get our key cards extended on two separate occasions, on one occasion, employee mentioning she didn’t check our length of stay, saying sorry. 2nd occasion rudely mentioned “ don’t put the key next to your phone” with attitude!! Disappointing! TV not working, took 2 individuals, on separate occasions, on the same night, to get the TV working. Bed side wall lamp not working. Lumpy old pillows. Surely these are ready for retirement. Take the time to check them. No towel service for either of the 3 nites? Requested towel change on one occasion of the cleaning ladies on the floor, and ignored. No regular coffee in the dining room machine, due to “ coffee out of stock”. Yes, coffee in the lobby, for all 3 days. Not our situation, but friends, requested soap for their shower, due to an empty dispenser, were brought a “syrup dispenser” with soap, as plan B?? This may appear to be nasty, but it’s not, these points did actually did occur. Quite Sure you would like to know. I am merely pointing this out, in good faith, assuming you would be concerned enough to take action, to provide consistent service to your guests, All in good faith, feel free to call me.
