It was difficult to find the hotel using Google Maps, but it turned out to be on the 4th floor of the terminal.

Simple capsule good for a short nap. You can even book with them for a shorter duration onsite. Luggage is not allowed inside the capsule and they will storage it for you at the Reception counter. There is a pillow and blanket provided. No towel or toiletries. There is a shower room with sinks. You will need to use the public toilet in TBS. The aircon is quite weak and Data signal is poor. There is a public sitting area right outside. Food options are plentiful.

Very very very small space (I'm okay with that), no blanket (sejuk gila if tidur malam-malam) no Wi-Fi even though they said Wi-Fi provided. Bilik tak soundproof ye so if you talk then the room beside you can hear what you talk. Nice location actually because easy to travel by LRT and bus, banyak kedai makan dekat luar.

You don't have to expect any luxury, its a good stay for one night. You have electricity, showers, the bed was bigger than expected, the toilets are the Public toilets in the tbs. You just need to go downstairs to get you bus. The rooms/capsules are a little thin walled and of course theres not that much space.

Everything is great! I love it. I thought there would be no check-in after 23:00 because my flight got delayed, but thankfully they were still at the counter.

I'm not sure if the staff changed the sheets, pillowcases, and blankets because I didn't see them changing them at all. I only saw them brushing, folding, and spraying liquid. As for the shower room, you had to ask for a key to unlock it. Every time. The only good thing I can see is the location. It's right in TBS.

The staff OK from review say very rude bad. I stay OK. There service is good. Problem I don't like so many damaga can't use function in bed like TV, usb plug, no water filter, no toilet just shower only. Overall good place to for nap. And shower. Seem no hotel is near to tbs.

Conveniently located on 2nd floor of the Bus Terminal. Room was just nice for a few hours of sleep. Arrived at 4am still have staff to guide how to use the capsule. Towel and shower gel provided in the shower area. 1 power plug and 2 USB ports available to charge in your capsule. Close to food options.

The counter service so bad no friendly.

Convenient, easy check-in, all you need is available—food all around the mall, surau nearby, showers could be cleaner, but the warm water works. Toilets are separated from the shower but not far. Overall a valuable experience, stayed just for a night to catch an early bus the next day.

I stayed here for Coldplay concert. For located to Bukit Jalil it's worth it to stay here because we just need 2 station to stadium with LRT. The room we stay is unique and same as the star here. There are many restaurant because the hotel is in terminal bus

Nice capsule for transit. Nice staff.

First of all the place is super nice with affordable price, but this place don't have any restroom (tandas/wc) so you must go to the public toilet. The receptionists both are nice guy and really helpful. This place would be good for solo travelling or backpacker, and I wouldn't really recommended for someone with toddler or child.

Great place for relaxing while waiting for next trips.

Was overall okay for the price I've paid. The setback was the toilet wasn't available within the premise and guest would have to use the public toilet outside at the hallway. The shower room provided was a bit dirty.

When I was checking in, there was a system issue (or could be a human issue if I can also call it) where I need to wait 1,5 hours to get in. The capsule and the facilities were minimal and not well maintained.
