Great location, spotlessly clean and really friendly staff

There was LOTS of street noise from about 4:45 am until 10:00 pm. The staff was friendly, but only one of the staff spoke some English and she was only there one time. The room door used an old fashioned key (not key card). And the cleaning service was... unusual. Each day, the thermostat was set to a different temperature. The toilet paper holder went missing on the second day and was never replaced. There were no hand towels one day. A few small, inconsequential items went missing. In five days, I never saw any other guests in the building. It was a unique experience. Not bad, just unusual.

The attitude of several of the staff is of wasting an hour scamming 5 dollars and then losing a thousand by driving away repeat business. The notion of security is as if they're out to pick a fight with the whole world. Nobody does business where there's no goodwill.

Hotel was in an excellent location for transportation, the produce stall and other basic shops. This was a lively, working class type neighborhood with authentic character. While the outward appearance was somewhat worn and difficult to walk in (due to ongoing construction of the new metro lines), one felt safe, among friendly people and genuine.

We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids traveling to Panama as part of a one-week Central American tour where we stayed in 4 different hotels. We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and have some reservations on it. First off, the location of this hotel is in a shady area (thugs and poor neighborhood) with no attractions close by. Walking around this hotel is not a good idea especially if you have kids like myself. The breakfast was great though with several local and specialty foods offered (they made chicken livers on one day!). I also requested a shuttle from airport to hotel several weeks before arrival; got confirmation that someone will be waiting for me with a name sign, but never found that person upon arrival. Ended up taking a taxi and then told by hotel staff that my name was lost in the pile. The hotel staff are nice and helpful, but never answer a single phone call from the room :(. I had to go and find the lady managing the hotel to ask about room supplies, restaurant recommendations, and requesting the hotel restaurant to lower loud music so we can sleep. If you are a party person, this hotel will work for you as they don’t turn the music down until 3am. I couldn’t sleep well in both nights because of the hotel restaurant/casino very loud music. The room itself is tiny with only 2 towels and one toilet paper roll. The TV has no channels but it has YouTube and Netflix. Again not standard. I am not going to stay here again if I get back to Panama City.

It was super clean and beautiful 😍 very friendly staff and helpful. Also Victor (the owner ) was very helpful and gave us very good information. Close to everithing. Breakfast was good and that hotel was very good value. In my next trip I will stay there again.

Very conveniently located steps away from the Metro station in an old neighbourhood but secured building and fully modernized interior. Fire safety and emergency power is active and up to date. Felt very safe to stay at Casa Miller.

Very conveniently located steps away from Cinco de Mayo Metro station. It's in an old neighbourhood, but the building is very secured and the interior is renovated fully to modern standards. Fire safety and emergency power system is up to date. The CEO Victor is multi-lingual and always at hand to help and resolve customer issues. Wholesome breakfast offered by welcoming bilingual chef Juan Romero starts your day upbeat!

The staff could not have been better but the real appeal of the hotel is the owner, Victor. Helped us with all of our needs and provided sage advice. Am planning on staying there on the way home after we explore Panama and would highly recommend people give it a try! Thank you Victor, see you soon.

Good location, big rooms with great showers and friendly staff. The air conditioning is like a light fan so the rooms can be very stuffy and a room near the main road can be very noisy. Overall, decent value for money.

Our experience was very good , people are so kindly There no doubts we will came back in a few time !

this is great place however after working for 2 days in another city and wanting and needing a good night rest. well this was not the place for sure. so noisy from the traffic and all the vagrants on the street side and there is a make shift market on the side that was noisy all night and early in the morning as well. I would never ever stay again
