This property the customer service was horrible and they did not know anything about the property. Worst experience ever

Great service and the employees energy was great

Only problem is entrance from the I-35 frontage road. The entrance is difficult to see until a driver is almost on top of it.

This hotel is perfect if you go as a couple or with family, the suite has a small kitchen. Ideal in case you want to cook something and not go out. And the hotel also offers breakfast and I loved the breakfasts. The place is very clean.

Great stay as always but breakfast needs some fine tuning.

The lobby and hallways were too hot, no AC in the common areas. The pool was closed. Since the doors were open to let in a breeze, I was bit by mosquitos during breakfast.

I was greeted by the most amazing smile, OZ, had the best demeanor and made me feel so welcomed after my long trip. The room was great, but that shower was a 12 out of a 10! The breakfast was filling and the coffee was delicious.

Great place to stay at an affordable price. Not a luxury hotel but clean, with comfortable bed, nice shower and refridge. Room size was perfect for us. Pet fee was very reasonable. Staff were all very courteous and helpful.

This place was ok but the wifi was a hit and miss

The staff was great a 10 but the elevator was down most the of time and being on a upper floor and taking the stairs with bad knees it was miserable. And being told the owners won't spend the money to have it repaired for after hour services. Was supposed to come back in a few months but will probably stay somewhere where else if the owners really don't care about the residents staying there

Smoking alarm battery was beeping all night dentist the didn’t have anyone to replace it until Monday, elevator wasn’t working, besides that everything else was food
