I never stayed when I arrived at the place it was people who do drugs on the balcony and smoking drugs! I called the owner no response I text the owner no response! I called hotel.com that did nothing about it! I had to find another place in 30 minutes to stay at!

I could not stay at this hotel/house. Since My flight arrived too late for me to check in. The hotel offers no desk service and there was no way I could find to negoatiate a way in before I arrived. As a consequence I stayed at Econo Lodge in Split Rock near Harmony Lake

Area was scary at night Host was uncontactable when checking in due to being asleep!!!!!!!! 2 hrs wasted

Room was clean. Access to building went smoothly. Did not like the area the property is situated in. Facilities not up to expectation - shared bathroom. Kitchen was somewhat unclean.

The room is clean but shared bathroom facilities for the price of the room is unsatisfactory. Check-in being so limited is disturbing. The area the property is located in is not a clean, desirable area. Non-refundable, pay up front policy is unsatisfactory and extremely disappointing. We would not recommend Racpanos. Surprised it is listed on Expedia.

First it's a shared floor there is like 4 rooms with bathroom, kitchen, and TV without remote Second there is no parking lots, i got a ticket next day for $ 50.00 Third the rooms are smoking (not as mentioned), the other room they was smoking weed and because they felt cold they changed floor temperature after they spoke with the man in charge in building If you have family like me these rooms are not for you so, old furniture, poor services and disaster location

This property is not near to newyork i should have verified properly for new people visiting newyork it wil be hard to commute from this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel. The TV did not work during my stay, transportation was pretty good using the NJtransit app. The room could use a full length mirror to apply makeup this would free up the use of one bathroom.
