Super convenient location across the road from the mall, fast food, and supermarket. Very quiet even being in a busy area and on a main road over a weekend. Comfortable warm room with all amenities. Staff very helpful and accommodating to our special needs which we very much appreciated! Recommended and would love to stay here again.

Perfect location, opposite to shopping centre and plenty restaurants are in walking distance. Room was bit small but worked find for us as it got spa too. Staff was really friendly. Place was nice and clean. Highly recommended.

I am in a wheelchair so booked the 'Superior accessible unit'. The bathroom was very small and it had very clearly been modified to tick the boxes to make it 'accessible' rather than thought going into how it would function. Would NOT recommend for anyone in a wheelchair!!

Average room, feel small and with hardly any decent size windows. Not well maintained. Location is amazing though being right next to Riccarton mall

No owners on site. Staff member with limited English was not good enough. Sign outside advertises 50 channels Sky but this is not available - false afvertising

Comfortable bed

Very friendly staff. Due to repairs having to be done in bathroom we had to go to a motel next door for 1st night then move our stuff back for remainder of our stay. Very inconvenient and NO discount offered.

Booked a room for two adults and a child got there just one bed lady changed our room for one with a sofa bed as well gave us sheets and towel and stuff but late a night when we went to watch tv it doesn’t go so over all night was average

We have stayed here several times now each time it’s been a great experience. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need for a couple of nights stay and it’s directly opposite a big shopping complex with the shops you need.

Bed was comfortable and the location very handy to the mall - our room was small, probably better for a single person or contact the motel before booking to request a larger room.
