Everything was fine, with one exception. They had a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee pods.

Clean, well looked after property. Staff are friendly and the breakfast buffet is excellent!

Make sure you bring your passport, not a photo, or you will be charged extra if you are an international tourist. The front desk staff does not speak English and is not there to help in any way.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff is always welcoming and efficient. The amenities and service are excellent. We highly recommend it.

A mi pareja y a mi nos gusto mucho el Hotel. Muy tranquilo, nos gustaron los jardines y la comida en el restaurante Cumbal. El servicio en el restaurante es muy bueno al igual room service.

Nice property. Close to hotel but they don’t really accommodate people stranded due to airline delay. Had a 6am flight cancelled so I got to this hotel at 9am. I had to wait until 3pm to check in. Not their fault necessarily but if hotel is empty then allow ppl stranded from flights to check in a bit earlier. Had to sit in lobby area for another 6 hours after waiting at hotel for around 4

Beds were awesome, food was ok, area was a little noisy due to traffic and farm nearby.

Great place to stay if you are flying in or out of Medellín. Very comfortable rooms and a great breakfast! The pool and lawn area next to the pond is very nice as well. Would recommend staying here as I will probably return again in the future.

Quaint property with modern amenities.

Went for a wedding and we loved Rionegro and the Hotel. The grankids loved the pool.

Very nice Hotel. Food was excellent. Staff súper friendly and kind. Very close to the City of Medellin and away from crowds. Super close to the the international Airport. Excellent option.
