Was a great place, only minor problem was that the only breakfast was full pay. Eco down for no recycle bins around, but they did post the 'reuse your towels' propaganda.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and has a suttle. It's very comfortable with a good breakfast.

Our coffee bar had only tea and one decaf coffee and not sure it was even coffee

Pets in any room? People should be warned. Allergies could also be in any room. Also limited lighting in rooms. Hard to pack before sunlight.

Great stay… fantastic check in by Nalia. No bottled water in room though so purchase two from the shop in the lobby and it was $18. We felt that was a little much for water when there was none provided in the room.

Good price and comfortable

After a flight cancellation I booked my family in for one night. Really convenient location for the airport and easy to arrange the free shuttle back and forth. We dealt with two different women on the reception desk and both were really helpful. The woman who ran the breakfast was also fantastic (Shelly I think?). She took time out to help us out and discuss our vacation with the kids. We only had 24hrs in Seattle and she made a few suggestions on places to visit/eat. All staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely as well. Room was larger than expected and clean. Would happily stay here again.

This was like heaven after the nightmare in the other place

Last minute stay when we missed our connection so we had low expectations - but the staff and comfortable room far exceeded them. Food was also very good in both the bar/pub and breakfast in the restaurant.

All staff were great! The room was spacious and clean.
