The Service Reps at the front desk were great. they made you feel like they wanted to be there, which is so rare these days

I liked the closeness to the airport and downtown.

Super friendly staff and very helpful! Clean room easy in and out even had a large church group staying there talking loudly in the lobby (totally don’t mind I’m not a boomer) couldn’t hear them at all in the room

Great trail network for biking or jogging

We stayed here while visiting for my son’s graduation from Marine boot camp. Was within walking distance of the airport and we also walked to several restaurants and to the recruit depot for the meet n greet and Family Day. The free breakfast was impressive- something for everyone— yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausage, waffles— and the coffee was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful- I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the AC and they promptly sent someone to our room to check it out. Overall - it was a really positive experience for us! My only complaint is that check in was pretty late -3pm- and I had to pay $75 for early check in because we had the meet n greet with my son on the Marine base at 3 so we needed to be able to change and get ready. Just seems like the check in could be earlier or the cost to check in could be lower.

Friendly front desk staff. Complimentary parking would make this place even better.

Everything was super friendly and the hotel was excellent with easy access to the airport.

Nice people, clean rooms, helpful in cleaning a room so I could check in early, very close to the airport, free shuttle

Have stayed once before and were happy to return! Check-in person was very congenial, and later I went to the desk to get something to clean my car window that had a bird “let loose” on—a different gal was kindly accommodating! Breakfast is great!

The only downside is that the hotel does not provide room service and operates on a cashless policy
