Two main minus points: 1. Location: Maria is about 3 trees (10 minutes by taxi) from the center so it is not really convenient for her family (traveling to walk) and not very close to the entertainment centers. . 2. Food: I find breakfast food is not very rich and quite boring. 8AM down, the food is almost gone but no refill.
